Oh Scarf and my contact Victoria from the company have been excellent to work with on a new manufacturing project. Communication is quick and efficient and the finished products are gorgeous - quality fabric and beautiful design printing.
Victoria took the stress out of sourcing a manufacturer from overseas and had been helpful every step of the process.

Despite a shipping delay that was not Ohscarf's fault, they did their best to help us resolve the issue. We had paid for next day shipping, but FedEx made a mistake with the delivery. It was a stressful delay, but Ohscarf worked with us to find a solution.

I really appreciate our customer success manager and their friendly and attentive approach. However, it seems like they are only available half of the time. I world like to hear from them more frequently, even if it's just to confirm our weekly orders.

I have never had the opportunity to design and order scarves before, so I was concerned that it would be challenging and stressful. However, Luke was very responsive and guided me through the entire process, from uploading our design to placing the order. I felt well taken care of throughout the process, and the merchandise looks fantastic!

Instead of simply printing and sending them out, they took the time to ensure the scarves looked good before delivering it to us. Their attention to detail and professionalism were excellent. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the experience and the final product, and we will definitely use their services again.

There were a few bandanas with stains, but they promptly refunded them. I hope they will improve their quality control for my future orders.

They mistakenly switched the address of my order with another person's order, luckily they notified the courier to switch it over quickly , I did miss the customer's deadline but the good thing is that they understood and accepted it.
