I placed an order in March and have written to remind the company many times that I have not received my purchase. There has been no reply at all. I am disappointed. I have taken a screenshot today of the tracking which states 'In Transit with an estimated delivery: 7 June. It appears to be stuck somewhere in transit.

Despite the $15 shipping fee, I received a surprise with the package and also had customs fees to pay for a whopping €14. Furthermore, silicone patches are very thin and easily stick together and struggle to adhere well to the skin from the first time they are used. Especially if you use them at night, you will find them glued to other parts. The excessive price does not justify the poor quality of the product. There are excellent patches on Amazon at a price 10 times lower. Don't be fooled.

I have paid for this order but have not received the Just Patched Up Duo.
I want a refund of the amount of £76 paid.
It has been since last December and I have not heard back from customer service, which seems not to exist.
Very bad service. Please, refund my money asap.

I love it, a little bit expensive though.
When you sleep and especially if you do it on the same side every night, wrinkles develop over time, as the "sleeping wrinkles" become real wrinkles. These patches prevent this very well around the eyes. The neck patch unfortunately came off for me but the eye patches are the best!This is my "beautysecret".

DO NOT ORDER WRINKLE PATCHES FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!! I ordered the chest and neck patches. I usually order from Skinvogor8, whos patches are 3 times the thickness of these stupid wrinkly crinkley paper thin ones, absolutely useless! I put the neck one on brand new, made sure i had washed cleansed and dried first, but wouldnt go on smoothly, and while standing just flops off from either side, ( middle bit stuck) . Chest one stayed, but so THIN its unbelievable. By the next morning they were all wrinkled and flopping everywbere. Wouldnt even sit on the pads that are supplied whilst not wearing . Just crinkled up and would not smooth out ! These are by far the worst wrinkle pads i have ever tried! And i have tried lots! Do not waste your money 😫🤬

UPDATED REVIEW...2nd day..wont stick at all falls off ( not chest one) but cant tear the creases out of them to be able to reaply. Managed in the end but they are both completely fkd, so angry..DO NOT ORDER EVA!!!
Any good reviews about these MUST be FAKE!

Awful con artists! Customer service is non existent. They simply ignore your emails. They sell cheap non adhering and creasy patches that do not work! They used to sell very good ones but not anymore. We had an agreement that I would email once I placed the order to remind them that I want old style silicone only. I have emailed and the only response I had that it was too late even though the order hasn t been dispatched even! I will not accept these patches and going to open a claim against them with my bank to reverse the transaction. I have sent 5 emails already and still being ignored.

Ever since I started to use Oía patches i have seen an improvement on my skin’s elasticity. Great quality silicone patches and they do work. I will continue to order them as long as they make them. They do work in your fine lines. Live Oiaskin.

I am wearing them for the first time as we speak. They keep peeling off as it’s impossible (at least for me) to not sweat underneath plastic. So far I’m just aggravated that I’ve had to try placing them back onto my neck and chest multiple times. The ones on my face are in place so far, but I honestly can’t see this working effectively if they don’t stay in place to ‘work their magic’

Really terrible customer service and the product didn’t arrive. They haven’t apologized, it was more than a month late at the time when I got in touch with them, and since then I’ve sent a few emails to find a solution, with no reply nor refund! Hence a scam!

Thankfully I didn't pay the extortionate price for these things personally, 3 of my poor sisters in law did... convinced they were going to be transformed into 25yr olds overnight, I skeptically agreed to take part in their 'mature ladies sleepover'. Oh dear!🤦‍♀️ my skepticism was proven fact.
These patches are such a complete scam, I'm actually surprised they're not a lousy MLM!🤣
The good news is It encouraged us all to price up minor cosmetic procedures, (botox, smile line fillers etc) and they're really not as expensive as we all thought! And yes this is all with a qualified and well respected aesthetician... so please don't waste your money on these garbage snake oil patches lovelies.
THEY DO NOTHING! And I mean NOTHING!

The concept of this product is that it seals in moisture, therefore plumping up your skin, which eliminates wrinkles. Let's face it, after a certain age there are no miracles. But to produce the concept, wash your face with cold water, do not dry. Immediately cover with a very thin layer of Vaseline, that will seal in the water. It may be a bit sticky, so cover your pillow with an old pillowcase. In the morning wash your face gently with cold water. You skin will be smooth and will get better if you keep this up. Remember no miracles, but at least less costly than Oiaskin.

I bought these patches, they're absolutely hopeless and don't work, what are people talking about, what a load of rubbish, I wasted my money on a pathetic product. I do not recommend this product and wouldn't get it again even if they gave it to me for free. I'm am very disappointed with the product.

I've been trying to order this product for months. Gave my email hoping maybe a worthwhile discount would come thru. A 20% did come on the 4th of July & of course, I missed it so I decided to just go ahead & buy it. I was getting the All in one 2.0, the neck lifting things & the chest firming cream. It was $144 and change but bc I was buying the 3 together it was &130 & change w free shipping. I put in all my shipping & billing info... I was JUST about to complete my order when I see the part of I would like to include a Tip??? Being someone who makes a living on tips I decided to look into what they are doing to ask for tip. I couldn't find anything. THEN I decided to look up the reviews ( which I usually always do & did a few months ago when I was thinking about purchasing it in the first place ) and I am so happy I did. I saw unhappy after unsatisfied review. One right after another. Then I remembered sending them an email back in February asking a question. They never answered. Uh oh... And now I'm reading these reviews, Not answering ANYONE seems to be the normal for this company.. I don't see them apologizing, explaining or trying to address the problemS to anyone asking why the strip are thinner & won't stay on now. The product OBVIOUSLY changed after the 1st initial purchase. I am sorry there are SO many dissatisfied customers. If I see a few bad reviews, I shrug it off with you can't please everyone. But one after another after another with no reply from the company... Speaks volumes about a New company... well to me at least. This was a product I wanted to try. I dont have any real deep wrinkles yet. Laugh lines, sure, I smile alot. But I'd rather deal with a few earned wrinkles then deal with a company that doesn't seem to care about their customers at all. I carefully picked my Tablet up & instead of hitting the confirm order box, backed out of the order entirely. Thank you!!!!

HORRIBLE!!!

First off, they sent me 20% of my entire order and refuse to email or contact me back!
My order was originally an accident, I ordered too many packages and customer service got RIGHT BACK TO ME, however, that problem was NEVER fixed, they charged me over 200$ and sent me 1 package of complete GARBAGE!!
The patches DO NOT STICK, nor are they reusable!!
I have sent over 10 emails regarding my funds or products with NOTHING!

I am LIVID!!

I ordered new patches, but they are different than the first one, these are thinner and they don't stick under my eyes i don't like them, the first one was thicker and better and i could use them over and over again.
such a shame...

I contacted the company by email because is the only way to contact them. After several emails, I received an answer to my question a month later. I asked if they ship to my country and they said "We don't ship to your country". A few days later I found my country Puerto Rico under the U.S. on the website. I sent an email again with a screenshot of my country in the country's list. This time they answered the next day. Their answer was the same, "We don't ship to Puerto Rico". If they don't ship to Puerto Rico, why they have my country on the website? Then they have false information about selling their products around the world.
I looked for a review of their company and I found this place. I am glad that they don't ship to Puerto Rico. I bought my patches online Sio Beauty The product was received in a week.

NEVER TO OLD FOR A YOUNGER FACE!!!!
I just order more patches. I am 81 years old for starters. I had deep lines above my nose and between my eyes. I have used several times and the deep wrinkles between eye is a whole lot less. My forehead wrinkles are not as apparent. I think Oia is working for me. If it works on my 81 year old face it should work on most faces.

The updated product is terrible. Such a shame as the original was AMAZING. Was by far my favorite product.. can’t understand why they would possibly change that to this!

I bought it for my birthday,but Im very disappointed in this product. It's pretty disappointing to have the patches not stick properly after the first use.Over~priced, short~lived patches.
Money thrown out the window!:(
