Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company, when it comes to paying out they will make excuses as to why they won’t pay .
I then made an official complaint which one of their so called customer relations
Person said she called me 3 times which never happened. Then sent me a long winded email with insurance jargon
Saying she’s closing the complaint case
They also have a menopause section stating that they can give you support ,
But that’s not true either . I suggest to vitality take that of your website as it’s misleading to customers..they have no knowledge or training and so they shouldn’t say they can give you support when they can’t .. I’ve complaint now to the Ombudsman. Although I’m not sure
Anything will be solved and they will get away with what they’re doing until something is done about how they treat customers..
