Regular Customer for over 8 years
I've been buying underwear from this company for about 8 years. Generally well made and long-lasting. Bright colours and comfortable. On a few occasions they have stretched and become far too baggy!
I wish they would respond to email messages.

Improve customer service!
When trying to register on your site it took several days to get an email confirmation. I had sent a question to customer service on whether I would be charged VAT as I am a US citizen - no response was received. After placing an order, I did not receive a tracking number, resulting in my missing the delivery. I was only given it after contacting customer service and receiving an email. You need to improve customer service!!

Not as good.
Having bought underwear from Ouler and Boiler for several years and always been very satisfied with the quality, it is disappointing that the elastic waistband has recently been made from flimsier and less strong elastic.
I am not sure if this was a conscious decision.

Disapointed with lack of response from customer services…
Reason for a 2 * rating is not the product which is of fantastic quality but for the customer service or lack of it, I received my order very fast .
My order was the island stripe 4 pack and o&b/stripe pack but received 4 island and 4 stripe and non of the other in the pack,
I have emailed customer service 3 times in the last 2 weeks for how to resolve but have received no communication back,
A shame as I had planned to buy further items but this lack of response has put me off re ordering .

Ordered two sets of pants and only one arrived. Customer service response non existent and phone number on order confirmation no longer in service. No other phone number on the website. Taking up the issue as a complaint through PayPal.

Joggers
Ordered XL Oiler and Boiler slim cuff joggers as showing available on web shop.
Was sent L not XL.
Contacted Oiler and Boiler on day of delivery to inform them of mistake only to be told that there were no XL in stock.
I have been informed that I will get get full refund and my postage costs which is very honorable but in reality their mistake has just caused me inconvenience.
