Helpful office staff and courteous delivery drivers all from the Inverness depot. Never have to wait any time for oil to be delivered and on occasions I have received it on the same day as ordering it. Excellent service

I have been buying my heating oil from Oilfast, Oban depot, for over 3 years and have always received excellent service

We have only recently moved into our new home and it was recommended that we use Oilfast for our Kerosene. On contacting Gaynor in the Insch office we then placed an order which was delivered promptly and liked the fact that we did not need to be at home and the delivery note was popped through the letterbox with a copy of the paid invoice to follow for our records.

I have been buying my oil from Oilfast for quite a few years now.I Have always found them to be helpful and efficient. They have never let me down and always give a competative price. I do always phone around toother oils suppliers but their price has never been beaten. The delivery drivers are also always pleasant and very helpful. A super company to do business with.

Always arrives the day before anticipated date, always prompt and exceptionally polite employee both when ordering from my Inverness depot and also the delivery driver.

There had been a departure of the person who managed client relationships with me and probably others. There was an information vacuum but as soon as I called Simona stepped up and answered every question and arranged for my delivery in short order.

I was able to call the depot nearest to East Kilbride and discuss my requirements as a first time buyer. The system was explained and I was able to call back the following day to increase my order.

I have used Oilfast as my Heating Oil supplier for sometime now, during that time I can say I have had no problems whatsoever. My local depot is Forfar, the staff are very professional, friendly including the delivery drivers, very helpful, friendly and polite. The cost per litre is always very competitive and if you need it in a hurry, no problem. No hesitation at all giving Oilfast 5 Stars. Keep up the good work.

I am in a top up agreement with oil fast, Elaine and the Team in Inch ensure that the frost bite stay aff me bits during the winter by ensuring the Fleet of Awesome driers are told when and where tae go.
Rain , hail sleet or snow, If the have to cart it up the drive in wheel barrows the lads will ensure your oil is delivered, with a smile.

I ran out of oil and rang them and they put me as an emergency but it was bank holiday Monday so not open but did manage to speak to someone. Girls in the office so helpful and called me back to update me. Fantastic! Office in Raglan

Friendly, attentive and efficient staff at Grangemouth

I have always found the ladies on the phone, warm, helpful and considerate especially with the pandemic and costs sky rocketing.
