Would have given zero stars if possible.
Still haven’t received my order after weeks of trying to contact and follow up.
Email doesn’t work and no other contact details available.
Bordering on scam style practices and I urge no one to use this useless company.

Ordered 2 rings for my granddaughter and daughter and as usual advertising far out ways the actually product very disappointed very cheap and tacky and as for communication forget it their email is non existent.

Ordered three perfume atomisers , no product , tracking doesn’t work and emails bouncing back, as address is invalid . AVOID, at all costs , there is no way to contact them. Wish Id read the reviews first!!!

Orders parfume atomisers but didn't arrive, tried contacting the company with no reply, paid with PayPal so started a claim.

Ordered atomiser on 15 Nov never arrived emails not answered clearly a scam.

I placed my order on 22/09/2025 & have not received it & have been unable to track it or speak to the company. This is clearly another scam

Ordered some atomisers for small christmas presents. Had a message stating the order was on it's way but still waiting!

As with another reviewer the tracking number was not recognised. Assume I have been conned as there isn't an obvious way to get in touch with the company.

I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from this company.

Ordered tree of life with names on. Not received, tracking number not recognised. Doesn't deserve any stars.

ordered a linen hoodie with a stripe, I received a VERY poor quality rag with a cut in the back of it, took weeks to come from china .... Ordered beautiful linen shirt, I received what can only be described as a rag with a rip in the back !!

They ship poor quality items, ill-fitting (disproportionate), and not made in the fabric they advertise.
Returns policy is not clear on their website, you have to ship back to to China, which costs half the price of the goods.
Every email response has the same message. They have ZERO customer service, ZERO conscience, they are just ripping people off.
Companies like this need shutting down.

Ordered a bracelet for my Grandaughter. Lo and behold it hasn’t arrived, should know better but chanced it.
Tracking numbers bounce back and ‘ get in touch ‘ bounces back .
Sent an e-mail you got it bounced back.
Please be warned this is obviously a scam company Do not use these people.

Rubbish cheap. Refillable travel atomizer.

Absolute rubbish, very cheaply made.
I bought two refillable travel atomisers, one for my wife and one for my daughter.
Used once each, filled them both up and the white seal where you fill them up at the bottom came out and all the perfume leaked out. Pushed the seal back in and tried to fill again , the same thing happened.
I also tried to contact Oilinda, but the email just bounced back.
A very dodgy company in my opinion.

I got travel perfume containers and they are rubbish. God only knows how you are supposed to transfer perfume from a bottle to them. More crazy ripoff FB adverts. Don’t deal with them

Did not receive my order of hair towels at £20 for Christmas gifts

It took a while but delivered and very pretty bangle.

£4 delivery, over a week and no details of package being shipped, contact details on Shop have bounceback email

Item never arrived. Tracking supplied did not work. Used Oilinda email which had been supplied on a link on order acknowledgment, only to find this did not work either. I can no longer find this company on Facebook either. I so wish I had check reviews of them before placing this order! Seems everyone is stating they are a scam. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!

My order never arrived. I emailed x5 to report this but each time it was undeliverable. The telephone number I tried was unavailable. This seems to be a company to avoid.

I would select 0 stars if was possible. Tracking number doesn’t exist, clicked on link within body of order confirmation email to enquire for and update and to query tracking number and email was returned stating “undeliverable”! I have received no further communication and believe this website is a scam! I paid through PayPal and have logged a complaint!
Update… the “rings” arrived. I have never seen such cheap tat in all my life. They are absolutely NOT as advertised and I’ve seen better quality in a Christmas cracker!! There is no documentation to return and no email that allows a return process online. It is a SCAM!
