Would like to give zero stars. When eventually arrived the product was damaged. Impossible to contact to arrange replacement - no phone numbers and emails bounce back. Fortunately it was a low value item so I can absorb the cost.

Would give no star rating if I could. Ordered fidget ring 16.11.2024. Now 1st December no ring, no update, tracking doesn't work, email bounces back. Do not use people ....well can't believe it, the ring has arrived today. All I would like to say to this company is .....keep people updated when package is expected and look into the tracking that does not work.

Emails returned as uncontactable, and no response to the online form. Now sent six emails with same result. No 'customer service', so avoid...

Beware the Hidden Non Sterling Transaction Fees
Company clearly states that all items are priced in pounds sterling but when I purchased an item with UK Credit Card there was an extra non sterling transaction fee as item was priced in dollars.
Additionally the items can be priced for a fraction of the cost from Amazon!

Sells knock off products. I bought a 2024 calendar which did turn up but was clearly a cheap reprint of images stolen from another website. One of the months had the same image as the cover page, including all the "2024 calendar" title text etc covering the image. Awful quality and very late delivery

I ordered some perfume atomizers last Wednesday - delivery should have been Saturday, it's now Tuesday and they are still not received... tracking number is either not recognized or keeps saying in Transit.... !!! Absolutely disgusted with this service.... they were Christmas presents, but doesn't look I will get them in time or ever.... Facebook have removed them now... why not vetted properly? Never again will I fall for a Facebook advertisement!! Thanks for nothing!!!!!

Scam company
Scam company. I received a tracking number but didn’t work. Tried contacting company by email but bounced back. Looked on Trustpilot and saw all the bad reviews. Thank god I ordered through PayPal so managed to get a refund.
In future before ordering anything especially an ad on Facebook - check Trustpilot reviews and order through PayPal so you can get your money back if product doesn’t arrive or is not the same as advertised.
