Product as described, good price, good quality, well packed. There was a delay caused by Fedex not collecting the package so perhaps they need to speak to thier Fedex account manager, clearly not thier fault.

I love OIRITALY just fantastic service and so quick with dispatching my bracelet. I’ve been searching for this bracelet for awhile and Australia didn’t have it. I messaged with Erika as I was concerned if I ordered properly as it was my first time ordering from Overseas. Erika assured all was good and was ready for dispatching. Also I messaged with Sarah who was so lovely. I could not believe I ordered on the 18th of July and received on the 22nd of July. 4 days that’s how long it took to come from Venice to My home in Australia. Unbelievable now that’s 5 star service.
