I liked the way you kept me informed all through the process of my order

The item was delivered on time but the mirror was on the right-hand side of the unit not on the left-hand side as advertised on the website. The help desk emailed me a returns label and a full refund was issued within 24 hours. Disappointed as the unit was very well made and a perfect fit for my room, if only the mirror had been on the left-hand side!

Hi would like to say we loved the site that we looked at for our sink, and did an order. But after our order we wanted to track it and unfortunately it kept coming back it did not recognise it. So I emailed them to ask them to look into it. They did say it was there and would let me know an update .On mon 7th of April I did have message to say it would be dilelivered Tue the 8thApril Then during the early hours Tuesday to Wednesday we got a message to say there was a delay and they would be intouch in 48 hours to let us Whow what was happening. But on Tuesday 8th April Parcel Forcel Delivered our order.Up to now we have not had any more from OK kLiving.

Arrived quickly as advertised, all intact with the waste and plumbing bits included at a great price.

Bought the dressing table for my daughter and she really likes it. The box in which the parts came was opened and re-sealed. The shelves overlapped the mirror and therefore required a DIY fix to secure it properly and for safety. As a result, the lights are not fully aligned. The stool is a lovely accessory. Not convinced that it was value for the money spent.

The washing machine cabinet I bought certainly isn’t the best you can buy and a bit flimsy, however, was just what I was looking for and first class service and communication from company. Would definitely use again.

I open the package but I haven't mounted it yet, do I can't really rate the product but it looks good already just by looking at it.

I cannot fault the customer service, my issue was dealt with quickly and professionally. They were very helpful.

Great benches easy to build

You haven’t delivered everything so you’re not worthy of any stars, poor service and you can’t even tell us when the rest of our order will arrive!
Very disappointed with the lack of customer service, we ordered the furniture for our business and now we’ve had to delay our opening because the goods haven’t arrived on time.

Ordering really straightforward and the sending seemed quick!! But I am just getting emails saying my parcel is delayed and you will updated again in 48hrs this has happened twice. I can see the parcel is at Gatwick with parcel force but not sure why it can't be delivered or it's lost?

Put down the wrong address after I stated the correct one . Took me ages to sort and nearly ended up cancelling my order. Stress to say the least 🤦🏼‍♂️

I ordered 3 sets of furniture from Ok living. Two of them have been delivered while I am waiting for the third one. I have put up the first two sets and they are really gorgeous. Let me mention as well that they arrived in good time and in good condition.
I also like the fact that Ok living listened to our feedback about putting stickers/labels on the pieces of wood. I had labels on my new set of furnitures and the labels made setting them up really easy.

Condition of the desk was good apart from the big flat piece that goes on the top which had a few scuffs and scratches, emails didn't really tell me when it would be delivered it just ended turning up one day. Instructions for assembly were very good and easy to understand tho.
