Over charged!
I knew exactly what I wanted to buy - 2 cushions. I am ashamed to admit that I didn’t check the card reader nor the receipt. A week later I discovered that I’d been charged for 3 cushion covers! Thankfully, the member of staff remembered me making the purchase, and my money was refunded. An inconvenience to have to return to the store though, and it might not have been easy to convince another member of staff that a mistake had been made and that I was owed a refund.

Incredible flower arrangement.
I’ve always admired the flower arrangements in the Bath store and decided to have one created. Linda B was absolutely incredible. She was so friendly, listened to what I wanted, asked all the right questions and was an absolute pleasure. She is so creative and made the most amazing arrangement for my dining room table. I love it and would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend OKA Bath. I contacted them directly as the light shade I found online had sold out & head office informed me they had one in stock. Natasha was incredibly helpful and organised for it to be packaged & sent to Cornwall. The customer service I received was second to none and the product quality outstanding.

Oka Bath - I contacted Richard Watkins for some designs for a garden room back in July and August 2024 - he came up with some fabulous designs for my space which were so creative and insightful!
