Linda B at the Bath store was absolutely wonderful - and helped us choose a standing lamp, silk shade and suitable bulb for a dark cosy corner in our dining room. Brilliant customer service in Bath Store today. Male assistant ( sorry didn’t take his name ), was fabulous. I didn’t buy anything at the time but when I got home I decided to call up and enquire about a Sheepskin Throw that I thought was lovely. He was amazing on the phone and I bought it.
