I wanted to find a rug to go in my living room and went to the Guildford store. Eglee was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me source a rug and matched it on the computer to the photo I had of my room. I did not feel rushed and was confident with my purchase which looks lovely.

Great service in the Guildford store
We were given very good service from Andrea in the Guildford store. She was very attentive to our needs and helped us find the perfect coffee table. We had visited this particular store to see the item we were interested in and it was just as seen on-line so now very excited to receive the coffee table into our own home. the whole process of purchase and delivery has been seamless so far!

Brilliant service received,
I went in looking for table lamps with no real idea. Was looking lost when Emma came to my rescue. She was absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and she was amazingly patient. Emma was knowledgeable, professional and just the type of customer service that would make me go back to the shop. Needless to say with Emma’s help and guidance I came away with a lovely lamp. Might even need a second.

Amazingly helpful staff
On visiting the Guildford store to buy new cushions, I was initially approached and helped by Emma, who referred me to Diana. Both members of staff were incredibly good and helpful, especially Diana, who spent time with me on numerous occasions to make sure I made the right choice. All the staff seem well trained, the atmosphere is friendly and helpful and the store looks amazing. Plus we were given a glass of fizz!! What's not to like!!??

Charlotte and Nicky in the Guildford…
Charlotte and Nicky in the Guildford store were absolutely amazing. I arrived 40 mins before closing time and they helped me chose items to refresh my living room, all from a photo that wasn’t that great. I was provided with great customer service by Nicky in Guildford. I had a problem with my order -not Oka’s error - and went in to try and sort it out without much hope. Nicky, however, dealt with it quickly and courteously and I left, one happy customer!
