OKA MARLOW has AMAZING customer service
I’m a big fan of the OKA artificial flowers and greenery - but I’m absolutely rubbish at making it look good in my own vase and house. OKA Marlow offered for me to bring in my huge vase - and do the whole thing for me!! I brought it in and sure enough - brave Dee spent 45 minutes creating the most spectacular arrangement which is an absolute show stopper!!
She really put her heart and soul into it and went way beyond her usual role - and I was so grateful! Good on the manager for suggesting I come in to get the help! I was very impressed!

Amazing delivery people
We’ve had Tony & Phil and Josh & Harry deliver several OKA items to us over the past year, from very large furniture (floor to ceiling shelves, dining table, etc.) to smaller side tables. Their delivery service goes above and beyond - meticulously unpacking items with care and placing them exactly where you envision. They patiently waited as we inspected each piece, even offering their insights on placement when asked. On one occasion we decided to swap an armchair for a different color, and they happily accommodated the change without any hesitation by repacking the armchair and taking it away. Friendly, helpful, and excellent communicators, Tony & Phil and Josh & Harry made the entire process feel effortless. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly outstanding. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

The delivery men were excellent
The delivery men were excellent. They were really polite and helpful, they even helped and moved our existing sofa (a very large one) up to the first floor. The new sofas are lovely too! All in all, really great service!

I spent nearly £600 buying five oka lamps. The designs and lamp bases are very attractive however the quality of the light fittings is atrocious. Of the five table lamps I bought four no longer work two have short-circuited themselves a third one we don’t know why it’s not working in the fourth one the fitting cracked but the way it has been manufactured it is impossible to replace it so an £150 lamp is now rendered useless because it’s not possible to replace the 50p lamp socket. I will not be touching the shop with a barge pole in future and I would strongly advise you to avoid any other electrical goods. The quality of the lamps I’ve bought in the past from John Lewis and IKEA is far better
