Leather bar stools Fenwicks, Newcastle
We purchased some leather bar stools from Oka in Fenwicks in Newcastle in May 2026. We made a mistake in the colour we had chosen. Chris and colleagues were super helpful at the store in helping us exchange them for a better colour (aged tobacco) for our kitchen. We've had them a couple of months now. They are very comfortable, look fab, and receive compliments from visitors.

All our purchases have now been delivered and they are wonderful. Delivery was perfect. Everything was carefully wrapped and delivered with care.

Bought this item at the department In Fenwick store, unfortunately not in their stock. They arranged delivery from the main warehouse at a fee. The item has beautiful craftsmanship. Buying it from the image online is tricky, especially specific colours. Not disappointed. Happy with the service and goods from OKA and Fenwick store.

What a truly great experience dealing with Annie and Chris in this wonderful section within Fenwicks at Newcastle. The service and genuine helpfulness is a breath of fresh air compared to the “robots” now doing customer facing roles.
