Good prices, fast shipping, and variety of products but customer service is pretty much zero.

After placing my first order I decided I wanted a larger size, emailed them within 5 minutes, no response, several follow up and a message on insta over course of 72 hours (that went seen but no responded) they shipped the original size with out even so much as a n acknowledgment.

Thankfully garment fitted, so no drama. Great if you have no issues but don’t expect any help if you need there customer service department.

One major issue however: they do not provide visibility on customs and other costs - so i ended up paying an extra EUR 99 for a USD 230 delivery to Austria.

This is a scam. I bought a flannel shirt. It took them 2 weeks and 4 emails on my side to find out they were out of stock. 10 days later I still have not received my refund and the shop does not reply to my emails. I wish I had never bought from these tricksters

Excellent company to deal with. I live in the UK and the order was processed and shipped unbelievably quickly. Ordered May 12th, shipped the same day from Japan, and delivered May 16th to the UK. Will certainly order more in the future!

Jeans arrived quickly and packaged nicely, had them hemmed up a couple inches- very nice chain stitch and this was complimentary with the order.
