I have had a dedicated virtual assistant on Okay Relax for over a year. Saba has been a wonderful asset to my small business! She takes direction well and saves me so much time. I highly recommend Okay Relax. They have a portal where you can organize all the tasks, and communicate with your VA, so it makes it easier to keep all the work organized and streamlined.

Please do not use this service! I don't normally spend time writing reviews but the service was so poor that I felt the need to warn others. You'll spend more time running after them for a reply, hours pass and nothing - tried calling - nothing. When they finally got back to me, the account manager made more promises, and no work was ever done. Two days and money wasted. I was a returning customer and had used the service a few years ago. But now it seems like a shell company operated by a skeleton crew that is either overworked or just on a cash grab to get your initial payment. I strongly recommend that you avoid this company.

The platform on the other hand has changed since I started with them and I no longer find it "easy" to navigate or use but its okay for now . other than that i feel that unfortunately even If a task is marked High priority it takes a long time for someone to pick it up. I have used them for several tasks and never had a problem or issue someone has always got it done for me at least.

This company provides terrible service on an un-workable platform. The service was acceptable in early 2023, but since summer 2023 it has been unusable. Support is very unhelpful--do not recommend.

It feels amazing to have someone I can delegate tasks to. I just don't have the time to research vacation options, make various small phone calls or schedule meetings, but I'm very happy to be working with Maryam (my dedicated virtual assistant) who can do these things for me!
The reason I am not giving a 5-star review here is because there have been some minor hiccups in our working relationship so far.
For example, I asked her about sending out holiday cards, and she suggested sending out OkayRelax gift cards. I'm hopeful this is more due to her lack of experience with US culture than any attempted salesmanship.
As another example, I asked her to find a department of driver services near my home, and she missed one that was in a prominent town next to our home. A bit of a miss in terms of thoroughness -- I would have preferred her to ask me how thorough she should be or if there were any options I had previously researched on this task.
There was another instance where I asked her about getting a real estate lawyer's advice on an easement on my wife & my property, and she did not seem to understand that we already owned the property (or did not seem to present that to the lawyers she worked with) because she got back to me saying that "All of [real estate lawyer firms] requested to ask you to clarify if you are buying a property."
Now the above are all minor hiccups, but they do highlight potential areas for growth and also constrain the tasks that I'm able to easily hand her that I'm hopeful can be improved over time and as I (on my end) figure out how to work better with a virtual assistant (since this is my first time).
Maryam has been wonderful to work with on copywriting and graphic design projects. She is always attentive and open to my suggestions for improvement. Maryam always provides excellent customer service and creates high quality deliverables for the nonprofit I represent. Im glad to continue working with her into the new year.
I signed up to use their services to outsource certain executive functions that are difficult for me due to ADHD. The platform has been helpful in creating a schedule to manage my professional, educational, personal, and leisure obligations. I appreciate the ability to communicate with my assistant through Zoom, phone calls, and comments within Proof Hub. The experience could be better with more proactive actions from the assistants along with an active chat option being enabled for OkayRelax by Proof Hub. Currently, the active chat exists, however, it can't be used by OkayRelax clients. I am still learning how to maximize the benefits of this platform. Overall, I appreciate being able to work with my assistant to help manage my busy schedule and to keep me going on days when I don't feel as motivated.
Really great company to work with. They are fast and reliable. I can send them my own social media and all the tasks that I don't get time to do for my own business. It's lovely to have extra support.
This is a revision of an old review that I was asked to post by my former assistant, and which at that time was positive. I want to be clear: both assistants I worked with there are great. However, the company itself is extremely and increasingly difficult to work with. They changed nearly everything in the last six months, including adding some fine print that I can't find anywhere in my original agreement with them. Their new website is arcane, they don't answer their phones (doesn't even say it's the company anymore when you call), emails bounce back endlessly sometimes (other times, they don't). It seems like they aren't even under the same management, as they didn't used to be rude/threatening. When you can reach an assistant, they themselves are wonderful, wise, talented people. However, after renewing my subscription, OR made their changes (which they claim are "improvements" though it's clear they are trying to cut costs), and although I had not used any of my credits yet, they refused me a refund, saying I had agreed to their "no refund policy" by signing up. I capitulated, wanting to avoid conflict, tried to keep the service and live with it, as they promised to upload all my old tasks, which had disappeared, and which they never did. When my bank sided with me in my dispute, OR immediately threatened to send me to collections, and charge me extra for disputing them. I don't want others to fall into the same bad luck. Far from saving my time, this company has drained it with endless calls to my credit card to reverse a chargeback so Okay Relax doesn't try to hurt my credit. They're offering me a 1/3 refund but it's still a loss because the service has been basically unusable since they made their changes, and also, I didn't appreciate how they handled it. I also learned we're not the only ones trying to leave this company and get our money back after their so-called improvements. The recent reviews look good, but I was asked to leave a good review several years back, and it's pretty hard to parse out the difference between the assistants themselves and the company. I'd say to stay away from the company, personally. I'm glad we've come to some resolution, but to be honest, it's only because I'm giving up because they're being threatening regarding my credit.

The virtual assistant I work with, Maryam, is such a delight and gets things in order quickly. She checks in about details and keeps me on task, which is quite a tall order. Love this service, my ADHD makes it impossible to keep up on all my adulting without it!
I've been a customer of OkayRelax since June 2021, and my experience with them has been positively remarkable. Starting from their basic service, I later upgraded to their 'Comfort' level to receive more robust support for developing my website. This decision proved to be a game-changer.
My dedicated virtual assistant, Danish K, has been an absolute asset. Despite the 9-hour time zone difference, he's consistently proven his expertise, reliability, and professionalism. Danish's suggestions and proactive approach have significantly contributed to the success of my project. It's not just Danish though – the entire OkayRelax team, including others like Tammy P from customer support, have frequently exceeded my expectations, going above and beyond to assist me.
As with any new process, the recent integration of Proof Hub has included a couple minor wrinkles, but those are being ironed out and overall, it has been an improvement.
In conclusion, I would definitely recommend this service to small businesses like mine. Their exceptional service, from virtual assistance to customer support, coupled with reasonable pricing makes them a highly valuable partner.
Today I recieved an email saying I can no longer use Livechat feature: "I am writing to address your recent inquiry about your inability to access our customer support live chat service. We value all our clients and strive to provide the best possible service to everyone. However, in the interest of maintaining a high level of support and assistance to all clients, we have made the decision to restrict your access to the live chat service. This is due to the frequent requests for prioritization, which cannot be accommodated, ..." Currently I have 9 TASKS open and the same assistant assigned to an important tasks will also be assigned to a less important tasks. Often I use the livechat feature to ensure that if assistant only has a little bit of available time for my tasks they use it on what I care the most about. Being told that I am using livechat too much is upsetting because I paid 899$ for a years service once I realized how long it takes to get tasks done, I asked for a refund for the rest of the year SEVERAL times. i am told each time that a refund is impossible but now I am also told I have to accept bad service.
If you use this service be prepared to go back and fourth with the assistant for days before you get a workable result. Many times I send out a task such as "post this on my facebook (picture attached)" and after 24 hours I will get a response like "Hello should we post this on your facebook wall." I will respond yes almost immediatly; however, the task won't be worked on again for 48 hours or so (at which point it would have been quicker to do myself) So the live chat feature telling them which tasks to prioritize was really helpful but now that that isnt an option Im extremely dissatisifed with the slow service and I feel like most of the questions they ask aren't so much to clarify anything, but rather to delay actually DOING the simple tasks.
the one positive about this app is its dashboard. I have tried other tasks services but they do not have a dashboard where you can see open tasks, completed task etc.
