Poor service and slow responses
I spent a lot of time chasing them for responses, showing them how to do things, calling at my own expense, eventually I gave up and tried to cancel. Even that took 6 emails, 2 x live chats and when they still declined to cancel, I had to call my bank and register fraudulent charges.

The task that you needed help with required the skill set of a data analyst and an Excel expert. While we are confident that we hire qualified and skilled virtual assistants, the task on hand needs an expert in both Excel and data analysis. We did not want to proceed with the task and give you inadequate results, and provide data that may not be useful or worse, inaccurate. To make it up, our team researched and provided you with a list of data analysts who are more equipped with technical and fundamental expertise to perform the task. We did not deduct any task credit for that research and we have also credited you for the task that we were not able to perform.
You are also free to cancel at any time. Just go to your OkayRelax account then go to Services > My Services > Click the service you want to cancel > Request cancellation. This is an automated process and would be carried out either immediately or at the end of the billing cycle, depending on the option you choose when canceling.
Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by this experience. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Since leaving their service which I thought was unprofessional. This company has fraudulently attmpted to bill me over $600 OVER TWENTY TIMES. Despite being asked not to. I have evidence of this.

If you do not cancel your service within your OkayRelax account, payment for overdue invoices is attempted daily until the system terminates your service for non-payment. In your case, your invoice was due on 01/01/2021 and was canceled on 01/10/2021. No payment attempts have been made since then.

I am so happy I decided to use OkayRelax! What a burden off of my shoulders to be able to have someone to handle personal things while I handle office matters. Also, typing up documents or to make a phone call when I don't have time to be wait-listed.
The service is amazing! It's timely, friendly and professional.
I have a person assigned to me, so I know who is doing the work. And if she is busy, I can use the Task Pool to have someone else perform the service.

We have a wonderful research assistant!
Our assistant Christy helps us with many diverse and complex research problems, and is skilled, smart, and thoughtful. Our university does not provide research assistants for professors, and what's been amazing is that Christy has been able to tackle difficult questions across many fields--she is indispensable to our process at this point, and we only wish there were a way to repay her kindnesses to us over the last 18 months.

Great service & value - start small& scale
I have now used Okay Relax over 4 months, over 5 admins I have dealt with and easily over 30 tasks. I am now setting up reoccuring tasks.
I recommend you start with easy tasks, communicate clearly 3-5 tasks, give templates & clear directions. Identify which admins you work great with for which tasks & scale up step by step.
Service is often exceeding expectations, value is amazing, willingness to learn on all ends. Scale step by step and you will love it.
The reason I give 4 stars is sometimes repeat communication is required on tasks for same thing just shared with some admins & few times tasks delayed

THE WORST
THE WORST - it took me WAY longer trying to get any of their assistants started on my tasks than it would have taken me to just do them myself. No reimbursements, no nothing. Complete waste of time and money, and that especially when you try to outsource tasks that you are overwhelmed and busy with. Their assistants are not very responsive and are located outside the US, which makes anything way slower than it should. After trying 2 different assistants for over 2 weeks, they had 20% of one task done. They are very friendly but absolutely ineffective.

Google’s security system is pretty strict, so it can be hard for another person to gain and continuously have access to your account even if you’ve already shared your password. To get around this, Google provides a feature that allows you to share access to your Gmail account for mail delegation purposes without providing the login details. See link for reference: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/138350?hl=en
Unfortunately, your dedicated assistant was not aware of this feature. Having said this, we have already informed her of the feature and have also updated our training procedures to cover this in-depth, to prevent this from occurring again in the future.
If you would consider giving us another chance to handle this for you, we would love to extend your service for 2 more weeks at no additional cost. We have investigated this matter thoroughly and in light of this, please allow us to inform you what happened. You submitted a task which required us to log into your Google account, and set the priority to medium. This was submitted outside of the work hours of your assigned assistant. When your assistant got to the task within 12 hours, Google indicated that the password had already been changed 8 hours earlier, which was 4 hours after your task submission. During this time, we were saddened to see that you had already posted negative reviews of our service on various platforms.
While we can handle time-sensitive tasks and do so daily, we recommend submitting tasks during your assistant's work hours if you would like it to be handled right away to ensure that this unfortunate incident would not happen again. You may also opt to set a task to recurring if you need it done on a specific day each week; this is common for tasks like replying to comments or emails. If your schedule doesn't align well with your current assistant, you can submit a request to our support department to be switched to an assistant with different work hours. We cover all time zones, so finding someone that fits your schedule wouldn't be a problem.
We would love to see you back on our platform so we can turn this around and give you the high-quality virtual assistance we take pride in. Shoot us another task and we would be more than happy to attend to it the best way that we can.
