I am extremely disappointed in the product that I ordered and you sent to my granddaughter. When I saw the ad for the picture it showed that the picture was framed. I spent $48 for a piece of poster paper. Yes, her name was printed on the poster however, the price you charged for a piece of poster paper was totally unjustified. Again, I am extremely disappointed and was utterly embarrassed when my granddaughter told me that it wasn’t even framed. I will think twice before I order from your company again.

I was mislead by this website

I purchased 4 Christmas decorations for my family for Christmas for a total price of $89+. When they arrived I was hugely disappointed and, as a matter of fact, was too embarrassed to give them to my family! A waste of $10 letters alone $89!! They were hugely misrepresented and no way looked as good as their pictures ! I will not be buying from them again nor would I recommend!

Complete scam . Do not trust such sites .
I received a miniature picture not worth a cent

Website was well laid out. Process was fairly straightforward with only slight slow downs to make sure all data was input correctly.

It was good putting my cover together. I just wish I could could have made the names and other mandatory stuff smaller to better fit our picture.

I ordered customized Christmas ornaments. They arrived on time, however the date was not added onto the product. I contacted them, sent some pictures and they remade them for me. I did receive them after New Years. This is why not a 5 star is given.

Ordered on the 7th and didn't receive product until the 30th. I can order from Amazon and have delivery the next day. Chain on necklace turned my wife's skin green. Decent price but China quality which is to say not very good. If I had known it was coming from China I would not have bought it. Will not be buying from you again.

I have NEVER been more appalled or disgusted with anything I've EVER ordered!! This was a Christmas gift for our new grandaughter! It didn't arrive until Jan 1st and was NOTHING like they made it appear in their beautiful photos - it 'appeared' to be a 3D saddle tree ornament BUT when it arrived it was 2 pieces of paper between resin and 1/4 inch thick!!! 🤮🤮 I would NOT gift it to anyone!!! AND.... I actually paid $40 CAD for it!!! Unbelievable..........

Total rip ! Really expensive ornament that was advertised as looking more 3D and better quality. Received a cheap, plastic product. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I ordered another ornament from Etsy - cheaper price and better quality

Slowest shipping ever and the tracking information they send you is a joke. I still haven’t received my product and I am now convinced this was a scam. I will never order from this company again.

Terrible customer service. Delivered to wrong location. Called
Number and no longer in service. I will never order from them again. Nd will dispute this purchase as I never received it and no one seemed to care or help 👎. BEWARE of sites you order from!!!!!
