I still have NOT received my order

I never received my order.

First, had I known that this was coming from China, I would never had ordered it.
Second, the advertising is deceptive. Had I known that this was just an unframed poster, I would never have ordered it. Everything in the advertising is framed, and there is no option to frame when ordering.

I ordered on Dec 2nd and still haven’t received my order. If I’d known it would take this long I would not have ordered.

Ordered the personalized Christmas ornament on December 5th and now that it finally shows tracking, I should get this delivered to my home on Sunday, December 28th. This would have been ok, had I been made aware of the delay, when I first ordered the ornament.

I had no idea it was going to come from China, take as long as it did, and then when I got here the way they shipped it. It was folded in half so the picture itself has a crease in the canvas. It’s really too bad because they have a terrific business idea, just poor execution.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Completely false and misrepresented items for sale! Do NOT buy from them! They offered a discount after I complained and made me have to send the items back paying for the return! SCAM COMPANY with zero customer service

I had this sent to my friend who owns his own tree business and he absolutely loved it. It took a long time getting here so he received it after Christmas but I’m okay with that. I would definitely recommend this company but order ahead of time to insure timely delivery. Thank You Okbands, Guistina Hughes

Looks can be deceiving …..cheap and plastic doesn’t look like the photo !!!!!!

The listing photos showed a sculpted, three-dimensional artisan bread piece—perfect for my baker friend. What arrived was a completely flat acrylic cut-out. At $38, the gap between the image and the actual item feels pretty wide. I'd suggest double-checking the product details before ordering; the visual marketing doesn’t quite match what’s in the box.

If I could give zero stars I would! I want my money back for this crap. Doesn’t come close to looking like the picture. False advertising! Do not buy from this company!!

Very disappointed when I received my order. I thought I was getting a 3D ornament of an artisan loaf of bread for a baker friend of mine, instead it was a flat acrylic ornament. Definitely not worth the $28 I ended paying for the ornament. The ads are very misleading.

While the end results are handsome and accurately made, the photos of these particular ornaments are a bit misleading. I should have read the description more closely. Either way, service was friendly and delivery time was as expected.

I ordered the baseball personalized poster for my Son for Christmas. I ordered it well over a month ago. I still have not received any shipping information or delivery info. I have emailed the company twice. The first time i got a very vague response with still not shipping info, and I still have not received a response to my second inquiry. At this point I have lost hope of receiving it at all. Very unhappy and unsatisfied! Do not recommend.

A product that I am interested in having.

The pictures of the ornaments on the website falsely represent the actual product. I bought an airplane ornament for my pilot daughter and it looked like it would be a 3D plane (like a toy) when in fact it was a small, flat piece of printed resin. Not worth the money. Very disappointed!
