Great boxes
I've had the boxes for a couple of years now and the products I don't like, I put to one side and give to both of my daughters. We've had some great items and tried products I would never normally think of buying. I did try to cancel once however the process is incredibly convoluted and not worth my time especially as I can give the products as treats to my daughters who are both in their early 20's.
There have been no repeat of products which has been great.

Cheap products and impossible to cancel ‘
Thought I would give it a try. Waste of money. The products are cheap and cheerful.
It advertises you can cancel subscription at anytime, however it’s impossible to do so as the website either sends you on a wild goose chase or the page is ‘currently unavailable’ - convenient!
I have emailed to cancel - the small print states written cancellation doesn’t count unless someone responds ! I’ll seek further advice if needed.

Bit disappointed that a couple of boxes in, I was getting repeats of the same products, but I loved the free OK magazine ....well, I say free, but obvs OK beauty don't realise the price of the magazine has increased , and ive had to pay the difference, but it was minimal , but obvs not free. I have now , unfortunately, cancelled as have too many products , but I will be back

I signed up to ok beauty box again after a couple of months off. With all the prompts to buy more I decided to also order the mystery box. I was really looking forward to the new box the mystery box (who doesn’t like a surprise) and the free gift.
I was so disappointed when my boxes arrived. The mystery was just a duplicate of the March box, the free gift was a duplicate of the March box so I now have 3 of them. I tried to return the items, first it was AI generated responses referring you to the returns process then the I’m sorry emails but! So if I want to return the duplicated box I have to pay for it??? So frustrated and disappointed with the customer service.

Poor value and worse business practices
I ordered a beauty box with a one month subscription voucher from buyagift. The voucher clearly stated that it was a one of purchase and would not automatically renew.
A month later OK beauty took a months payment out and sent another box that I did not request.
There response was that I should send the box back, but I was to pay postage costs as they are a small business! Well I am not a business I am a small person and cannot afford to lose money by unscrupulous practices, I didn't find the initial box of any value. This is an utterly unacceptable situation.
Appalling customer service.

I've had a subscription with OK! Beauty Box for a good while. I have the option every month to 'put on hold' or to go ahead with that month's purchase. The boxes are excellent value for money with a good selection. They aren't repetitive and l've had some real gems that l love. I would recommend x

Why ask for a review when i cancelled…
Why ask for a review when i cancelled my subscription? Yous removed my points that should not have been removed they weren't expired as all old points were spent regularly as in monthly which i explained all of this. What yous were actually doing was removing my points so that i could not deducts £2.50 every month from my £30 subscription. Reason i left is due to your greed. Best place to order from is The Liquidation Store thier beauty boxes are amazing

I absolutely loved my first beauty box, I loved it so much I paid for a 6 month subscription for my daughter’s birthday. I paid an extra £13 for the offer of £90 worth of surprise products which included eyelash serum, body oil, fantastic hair products as well as skin creams, I was very impressed.
The products were so useful, I have been using them all, a great way to test out for future purchases.
Can’t wait for July’s box.
