I had a great experience where the staff responded to my emails instantly and helped me. I ordered a little black head machine and only paid for postage. I would just make yourself aware that you will be signing up when you order something, so like anything - read the small print so you can have a good experience like I did...and know what to expect. :) I am really happy with my item and the service I received.

Firstly I have to say Thank you 🙏🏼.. you didn’t con me and I wasn’t scammed. You actually restored my faith in ordering on line.. After I conned out of £29 for Velcro curler (retail price£1.00) which should of been a ceramic hair curler..🥺 I felt so disheartened..
I registered with Vaiva.co.uk, (Oksanaclub is their 2nd company) wow I loved all their gifts and Yet I was still unsure. They would send me lovely emails, letting me know what great offers they had..(Even when I didn’t reply back).
Until one day a 4Pc’s Bag set caught my eye and I’m not going to lie, so did the price. “£0.95 surly that can’t be right”, with postage it came to £2.90.

Joined as was offered a beard trimmer for a low price. Took the money and refunded it within hours but luckily had notifications with my bank otherwise would never have known as they didn’t send me an email to say they’ve done this.
Website wouldn’t let me then cancel membership.
Had to email and they explained nothing in terms of what they’d done and promised.
Be very careful as it’s clear they’re hoping you forget your membership and then pay the full fee for the month thereafter.

I would love to buy more hand bags sets as I love it from the looks to the material. I gifted the set to sister on the 21st birthday I cannot explain how happy she was with trendy design and the quality of the material.

The handbag set was impeccable , just amazing and everything looked the way they were in the pictures, I was really pleased with the seller as they responded to all the questions I had , the quality was really excellent.

I have got some jewellery from these and the quality is amazing love the little owl earrings and the watch the bags are good quality aswell can't faulter them I really think they are good quality items

Ordered on the 16th Feb, still haven't had my items and cannot send an email to customer service as it is getting bounced back! Absolutely disgraceful.
