Dreadful company. I ordered a moon night lamp as a present. The box it arrived in was so battered it was impossible to use as a gift. Decided I would keep for myself - but unusable as they never sent the charger and have ignored emails asking them to do so. Meanwhile in very tiny print there is something which signs you up to a monthly subscription; they had helped themselves to over £100 of my money before I realised which they refused to refund. So I ended up paying over £100 for an item which is unfit for purpose. They are a scam - AVOID at all costs

Scam company. Tried to cancel my membership but the cancellation form doesn't recognize my email address and requires an order number which I was never given.

It's total scam company. They charged £30 subscription amount which I didn't even opt for that. Though I asked them to cancel, They said, they can't refund money which they deducted just yesterday.
Don't believe or don't approve the company in your card or banking after 1st time. They'll deduct the money.

In November 2022, I ordered an inexpensive kitchen item from Sophieclub using my credit card. It arrived within two weeks.
Late in December my card statement showed two withdrawals of £29.95 for membership of Sophieclub.
Since I was not aware of joining the club I attempted, on line, to cancel. This proved impossible because I was asked to furnish my membership number!
I contacted my bank and asked them to cancel my card.

I ordered something from this company…
I ordered something from this company for an amount of £2.90. Please take note; they lure you in with that price so they can enrol you into a mandatory “free trial” which is supposedly for 7 days, but you’ll find that they charge you £29.95 within this time frame. So in reality, they bank on charging customers £29.95 & the £2.90 product cost as they’re confident that customers will not realise that the first day of the 7 day trial period is the date of the transaction rather than the trial starting from the next day. Either way, they fail to make this clear & the terms & conditions are very unclear.
No item has been received and a further £29.99 has been taken out of my account. Emails are being ignored, extremely rogue behaviour being displayed. Please stay away & do not pay attention to any fake reviews which may look positive as these can be generated by bots.
