Massive scam £29.95 per month for members club omg when u think you’re buying a one off item. Discussed with this company shocking behaviour how can this be allowed in todays age. We all should be able to trust online shopping but this is wrong on many levels and someone should do something about this but I will not waste my time keep my £29.95 you disgusting people….. scum of the earth 😯😯😯😯😯😯😯😯

Ordered for my daughter for school and also a lunch bag and was amazed at how quick it came and also the quality is superb and long lasting. Will definitely buy again

I ordered something from this company I paid 2.90 for the item. No item received and a further £29.99 has been taken out of my account. this company is nothing but a scam.

I ordered something from this company as it popped up on my Facebook I paid 2.90 for the item. No item received and a further £29.99 has been taken out of my account. My emails are being ignored by this company too please be aware guys nothing is said about the membership while purchasing the items. I will take this further as i believe this company should be reported to Trading Standards and I will win this case as this company is nothing but a scam.

Have to say the same as others ordered nothing came they then took 29.95 from my account which I knew nothing about DO NOT answer emails, I have sent a couple asking for my money back. Looks like a company that likes to SCAM people. Be careful folks. DO NOT USE

I placed an order on the 1/11/22 but haven’t received it. I have emailed them several times but no reply, I have been on their Facebook page and was told by Sophie club to email details and they would deal with it by yesterday the latest but they haven’t still no reply. I have told them that if I don’t get an answer by tomorrow I will take it further. Many other people have written on the page that they haven’t received their order either 🤬🤬🤬 you have just told me that you have emailed me 5 times and I was asked to update my details with my full name and order number which I have done so I decided to let you know that I have not had one email from you, and you say you have emailed me several times, that is not true.

Prompt delivery and was very useful item while on holidays

This company should be reported to Trading Standards or report the seller for fraud. The terms and conditions are not well visible or the membership policies easy to see when you purchase. The items they sale are cheap fake Chinese items, with very bad quality material. This company should be remove. I had made my report to Trading Standards police. I hope this will work.

Ordered £5.90 earrings. A week later, no earrings but a further £29.95 taken from my account. The next day the order arrived - two of the cheapest looking backpacks I've seen in my life,listed at 95p on their website. Please, please don't order from this site.

I originally gave Sophie's club a 1 star for service and product. But i must say that Frida at customer service has been brilliant in rectifying the problem in full and therefore i think they definitely deserve a solid 4/5. i only took 1 star off due to the fact i think that the subscription notice should be made more clear before purchase. other wise I'm a happy customer.

Was sceptical of this offer at first but was amazed at how quick it was to order and how fast the delivery was.
