Bought a single item which resulted in an ongoing subscription, which I didn't realise, so I have been scammed out of hundreds of pounds by these crooks. Avoid!

This website indulges in dubious practices, and should be be avoided at all costs. You cannot buy a single item with paying for an ongoing subscrition, which is easy to overlook when makinga purchase.

Do NOT buy anything from this website!!!

I have a good experience with this company, the had make a customize jewellery for me. Their service is also so satisfying.

Watch out for those who have learning difficulties. They make out they have great deals and offer a 7 DAY free trial... there on after they will help themselves to £29.95 out of your account every month!
If I had read the small print, I wouldn't have gone ahead.. just watch out for it.. so many companies offer a similar deal.. but from now on I'm going to be avoiding this at all costs

Never received my order. Wasted time and money.

Placed an order with Vaiva and it was not made clear
that I was subscribing to a payment of £29.95 a month. Only realised like many others when I checked my bank and saw this. I would never have done this willingly. Its done in a very underhand way in my opinion. I have emailed several times and had no reply. I am still in the consumer rights cooling off period which is up to 14 days when entering into a contract. I am entitled to my money back! Tried to phone but they only accept emails. No surprise there!
Have kept all my correspondence and know my rights. I don't usually leave reviews but please don't use this company. They do not care about customers just proffitting off people

Another immoral subscription trap.
Domains are now blacklisted and they won't be dipping into our bank account again.
By stating on their web site that refunds will not be considered, I see this as an admission that the business is both immoral and unethical.

I am so pleased with my items I've received and I'll definitely be using the site a lot more .absolute amazing customer service.
