Fantastic service

I do not know another company that is so reliable, easy to order, delivery is fantastic very fast even at Christmas // within a couple of days my order is coming through the door. Also great prices, thank you to all the staff and happy Christmas.

Faulty filters

I’ve been using this product for years and have have a few filter packets that haven’t lasted which were sometimes replaced, however the last six packets of five filters just have not lasted more than three to four hours I feel disgruntled about this as it has become costly. When I approached the seller they contacted okvape directly but they basically dismissed my complaint.

New battery next to useless

I have bought before, but this time the batteries do not last , I am having to continually recharge them. I have contacted company, but they have just told me to clean them.

Not Happy

The new - more expensive pods - last for a much shorter time and are sadly - not value for money anymore. I will sadly be looking for a new product

great service recovery and resolution

Cant speak highly enough of the customer service I had with Calum from OK Vape. I had an issue which he jumped straight on and resolved. He then went further and gave me some recommendations which have saved me money and reduced my nicotine intake, he then went even further and reminded me I had an unused voucher and arranged for it to be refunded to me, great service all round and well done him.

More expensive and now gone from three pods to two. More expensive to buy in total so will be buying alternatives from another company.

I have been using menthol refills for a…

I have been using menthol refills for a while. And I’m sad to say the quality has dropped significantly. One pod used to last a day now a couple of hours. The customer service cannot be faulted. They always replace. But the replacements are just as bad. I have just received a email to say they are increasing the price again. Much better options out there

It is very disappointing that the loyalty scheme was removed and indeed this lead me to sourcing other products for a long time due to price. I think that loyal customers should still have access to this scheme

Disappointed

I stopped using OK Vape E-cigs back in May because of constant issues with the refills. I decided to try again and see if they have been listening to their customers. Sadly the refills still don't last very long at all and you still frequently get duds in a packet. The price has gone up too! So time to move on - such a shame as it was a great product.

Disappointed

I've been using the menthol cig-a-like refills for a few years. Recently the quality has gone downhill, the refills don't last as long and barely taste of menthol anymore. Also they are leaving a nasty taste in my mouth.
Can't fault the delivery service or customer services. Time to change brand I think. Can
no longer recommend.

Have been using this company for many…years

Have been using this company for many years, and generally found the product to be ok, just the usual dud empty screw on cartridge now and again, at one time they used to award you points that you could redeem for money off on your next purchase, this was stopped and the price of the product increased, so have a look around at other companies they supply, i found one that will send me post free the same order of 10 packs of refills for £9 less than buying from the supplier. I stayed loyal to OK for many years and feel they have been ripping me off, so have a look around on auction sites etc there are better deals to be had out there.

Quality has improved

Having originally given a well-deserved one-star review to this (below), OK Vape's reply has spurred me to change the rating and respond. They sent me a pack of new cartridges and a battery for free - kudos for that. And wonder of wonders, those and another order of batteries I made are back to the original quality, or thereabouts. They can insist for all they are worth that nothing ever changed: I know differently and secretly I think they do too. I have left it at three stars for now to see a little more how this unfolds but if it stays this way then its a good offering. At least they listen.

Looks like I am not alone in lamenting the sharp drop in quality of OK's products. Batteries lasting ever shorter times, refils nowhere near their quality even a year ago. I guess it's a cut-throat business but it's also very dependant on product quality and these guys have failed the test, Back to tanks for me.

Menthol flavour in tobacco pods!! WRONG

I have been using extra strong tobacco flavour for years now, probably around 6 years and have found in the last few BULK buys (i buy 10 - 15 packs a time) the majority of them are menthol!! I have to chuck them away as I don’t like the taste. This used to happen around 1 in 10 pods but now I am getting whole packets of menthol flavour! What on earth is going on at OkVape? The sudden decrease in quality is disgusting seeing as they are more expensive now! Sort it out or loose many more customers!!
