First of all, the communication was timely and really step-by-step. They won't do anything without your approval and I honestly think that that shows how much they put effort and care for each customer and their wishes. The communication with the company was pleasant and efficient, all my ideas were welcomed and a great product was produced as a result. It was promptly manufactured with every step being photographed and sent for confirmation. The frame was delivered on time without any damage in a parcel which was even personalized with my first name. I am very satisfied with the entire ordering process and the finished product and will certainly shop with O'kviri again.
