I have been both an attendee as well as a consumer of behavior live and OkWhen for over 4 years.

As an attendee of their conferences, the use of their platform is extremely easy, allowing me to gain my continuing education and interact with other attending seamlessly.

As someone who runs a state level conference that utilizes Behavior Live has been so easy. I am able to track sponsorships, CEU, registrants all with the aid of their conference coordinators to make sure that my conference runs as smoothly as possible.

Our organization has utilized OkWhen/BehaviorLive for the past 5 years for our state conference. Their team helps take the guesswork out of so many aspects of conference planning. In addition to state of the art lighting, stage design, and perfect streaming for our conference, they also provide our organization with an easy to manage and navigate conference website. OKWhen also designs our conference badge and allows us to print on site rather than spending hours ahead of time putting badges together. OKWhen also makes it easy for conference vendors to purchase their exhibitor tables and upload their logo for easy advertisement use. Our conference is managed by a board of volunteer professionals and OkWhen allows these professionals to spend their time at conference focusing on its members and attendees rather than logistics. I would highly recommend OKWhen for any conference or workshop event.

We used BehaviorLive for our recent in-person conference with 137 attendees, and overall the experience was fantastic. The platform has a lot of moving parts — registration, speakers, events, CEUs, messaging, announcements — but Ashley was an incredible support throughout the entire process. She guided me step-by-step through setup and made sure everything was configured correctly.

The conference itself went very smoothly. We had a few small hiccups with CEUs early on, mostly because the system was new to me, but once I got the hang of it, day two ran flawlessly. CEUs were processed impressively fast, and the built-in tools saved me a huge amount of time before, during, and after the event.

We’ll definitely be using BehaviorLive again for our next conference in two years. Highly recommend both the platform and their support team.

OkWhen has truly changed the way we do conferences. Their team is SO knowldedgable...about everything. AV, food & beverage, planning, room blocks...we've leaned on them for just about everything and they always deliver.
