Worst service
Worst service. They don’t refund or answer or anything. I tried booking appointment through oladoc. Actual doctor said he doesn’t even know this platform so i asked them refund. No response no nothing. They contacted to tell me that they refunded me but i am yet to receive anything. Bank says no such transaction was made. Stay away from this fraud

This is a Good Platform But sometimes they misguide the patient. last month i booked an appointment with a physiotherapist but when i went to the hospital the doctor was not available and i was not even informed about this. anyhow this has happened for the first time.

WORST WEBSITE EVER
WORST WEBSITE EVER, THIS WEBSITE IS A BIG SCAM, not useful at all. I had a really bad experience with them, they gave me appointment of dr who was not currently attending patients.

Scam platform
The same experience as others.
A scam platform. They book the appointment and take the payment and later on you keep on waiting for 15 min on video call and then told that the doctor is busy and cannot join the call.
This is the last time, I made a booking via this platform

I booked my appointment two times with oladoc…
I booked my appointment two times with dr rohina gull from hameed latif hospital through oladoc. One video consultantation appointment and another one was in clinic. I paid online in advance.
But I haven’t got any response from oladoc and dr as well. Then I got a message from oladoc that due to personal issue she cancelled my appointment both times they responded same. I haven’t got my refund as well. So big no to oladoc.

Neither Oladoc have confirmed it before booking our appointment and after waiting for an hour they message us of cancelling the appointment.

Oladoc can no longer be trusted
I think Oladoc was a platform that was started with the best of intentions.Consumers no longer had to ask for recommendations and they had a list of doctors that they could pick based on their needs and convenience.That was then.Now Oladoc is an oversaturated platform where every second doctor with even the most baseline qualifications has a 100 percent satisfaction rate.Based on a recent experience I went to consult a psychologist after the suden death of my father and youngest sister.This esteemed doctor with 33 years of medical experience asked me take some CAC since i might have a vitamin C deficiency.More importantly he told me to remove my glasses and give him a big smile.It took all the strength I had not punch that doctor in the face.Oladoc if you're reading this please get your yourself together

BAD EXPERIENCE!
Was good, but now it's just a waste of time. No management of doctors. It's happened with me twice that I've had an appointment and it cancelled because the doctor isn't available. I didn't receive my money back for the appointment. Because the first time this happened I asked for a refund, they said they'll transfer it back to my account in some days but I never received the refund and a couple of days ago I booked another appointment for PKR 1500 and I sat like an ass in front of the phone for 30 minutes but the doctor didn't join. I'd suggest that the oladoc team should work on their platform because it's pretty bad now.

Very poor services by oladoc
Very poor services by oladoc. Doc was not available on the given time as the timings of the clinic was changed but oladoc is so outdated that they have no idea about the time change. Not recommended at all.
Appointment was taken for Dr Mujahid Ali.
