absolutely not happy what gives these people the right to help themselves to my bank account when I have never delt with you

Truly the worst ride company ever. An absolute scam. Was £18 and got charged £43. How is that okay? Customer service couldn’t care less. Looks like it happens all the time from other reviews. Shameful.

JUST STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. Go to a casino if you want to gamble with your money at least you know why you are there.

Absolute joke. Pathetic company, in what world is it fair the driver gets £6 of my hard earned money, for accepting a ride and failing to move towards me at all. Booked and cancelled within 4 minutes, yet apparently the useless driver deserves compensation for his time?! What time? All he did was press a button and sit still in his car. Complete scam that you need to cancel within 2 minutes or you get charged, every other company it’s 5 minutes.
Delete this app. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

I booked a taxi then cancelled so was charged the cancellation fee which is fine. But was also later charged for the entire ride which i didn’t take. The only way to dispute this is to raise a dispute ticket via the app for a refund to say i was charged without taking a ride. My dispute was dismissed on the grounds that the ride was started with a passcode that i would have had to share with the driver to start the ride, which i never would have shared because i didn’t take the ride. It seems that drivers are bypassing the passcodes and still completing journeys and charging customers despite the journey being cancelled by the customer. This has happened twice now. I won’t be using Ola again

This is just a clown company you cant even contact them i ve been charged on a day i have not used their service for £2 on bank statement Help Olaride and i dont understand what for, also it says to reach them by call and you cant because there is no actual contact what a joke of a company i dont know even how they r allowed to operate like this

What a joke taxi turns up says he’s turning around and then just drives off absolutely disgraceful and that’s when you can actually get a cab I’ve known me to wait over an hour for it to find me a ride before I had to go with someone else probably because when they have a promotion in reduced fares no drivers will pick up

Waited for ages for my booking in pouting rain. Driver 4 mins away after 15 minute wait only for next minute for it to be cancelled . No call. No message. Just cancelled No explanation . Poor service. Managed to get taxi from next company for less half price. Not reliable and over priced. Be aware

Terrible and the worst customer service experience ever. The driver I had was a bad driver and was driving on the wrong side of the road. We nearly got into a collision with another car due to my driver driving erratically on the wrong side of the road. I felt so unsafe and scared and immediately got out of the cab as my life was in danger. I was left in the middle of no where at 2:30am and had to order a new cab. I raised a complaint with Ola and the customer service was SHOCKING. They accused me of being abusive and drinking in the cab which is absolutely ridiculous. I will never ever recommend this company.

Been charged double twice now with no refund. Company claiming it was peak time & the app showed me this (it never) and even still I went out on a Wednesday night at 8 o’clock I was quoted £18-£23 and was charged £40. I can’t see how this time and date was so busy I was charged figure. I’d hate to imagine what the Saturday fare would have been

This company please don't use it please people use bolt use the bus use the train please don't use ola.... This is what happened to me I ordered a taxi on ola my phone battery was almost dead the driver arrived picked me up up-close half a mile down the road his phone rang it was a customer that he was supposed to be picking up .on the bolt app. So the driver took me back to my pick-up point and told me to get out the car it was not my car it was a mistake technical error and that he thought I was the Bolt customer. The driver is using two if not more taxi apps to make money and treating us customers like rubbish it was half past midnight when this happened in hackney road Shoreditch on a Monday night the only option I have after this was getting a black taxi on paying double £16 to Stoke Newington so I rang ola thinking they would be disgusted and all they kept saying was too driver had to cancel due to a technical error with his app because that's what he had told them I wouldn't listen to the fact the driver admitted he was working for both as well and the Ola customer service woman kept in for size in the fact that baller had refunded my £1 they're taken from my account and let really that should be yet I asked if any compensation and he free rides or anything was something they would offer me and she told me very sorry no please people don't use ola

SCAM!!! 0 star review is what they deserve ! I have booked a car quoted 14-19 and I was charged 46!!!!! This is the worst company ever !

I would have given 0 stars if there was an option. My ride was supposed to be £8-£11 pounds and they charged 35. saying it was peak pricing and made clear at time of booking. This is absolutely untrue I would have never accepted this ride.

I have had over 3 hrs of calls and emails with Ola customer service today. They don’t care one bit, no desire to reach a solution or agree their error.

Debangana Dey (so called supervisor) offered no solution or empathy. In fact, I found her cold and unsympathetic.

She admitted she was not happy with the situation and was unable to help, plus that her colleague Sunny lied to me when he told me the invoice would state the fare was increased. Other people I spoke to or got emails from we’re equally useless: Roushan Kumar, Sunny Malik, Protiva Mahato Globiva. Nobody wanted to listen, help or find a solution. Only interested in saying the system says no…. Shockingly bad.

Such poor customer service, lack of desire to help and all round disrespect.

I will delete the Ola app now and will never use them again. They are a despicable gang of cowboys, only interested in fleecing customers. I don’t know how they sleep at night.

Terrible experience, app gives one prices crashes then charges a premium Free Now and Bolt have better customer experience.

I had booked the Ola taxi with enough time for me to go on my journey and be punctual. The app said the driver is 8 minutes away and the driver had a straight road to go down with no roadworks or traffic. But the driver takes a diversion which makes use estimated arrival time about 10 to 12 minutes, so I wait and wait the vehicle doesn't seem to be moving therefore I had cancelled the trip. Bearing in mind I have been quoted 7 to £10 for my journey. When I now we booked and there was a closer driver they had hiked up the price to £25 which is absurd and ridiculous. I tried again the price hiked up to £28 now I made a conscious decision of deleting this app because that is daylight robbery for a two and a half mile journey. Then I called customer service so I can show them my dissatisfaction of their service and the customer service representative had the audacity to give me a generic answer that it was that there was high demand so the prices go higher. That is absolute******* I don't wanna use the words. Anybody using this app can try yourself book a taxi cancel it and see your prices have been raised dramatically absolute shambles. It's a disgrace

I ordered for a ride, the ride was literally showing £6-£7 for a journey less than 10 minutes, I accepted the price, at the end of that journey Ola charged me £17.35. Ola is the worst cab service ever. Please don’t bother use their service ever, they are fraud
