Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. They multiply your order and refuse to allow you to return unused unopened merchandise. When you try to cancel the subscription that you were not aware you were on they will continue to send new merchandise and bill you. I have seen absolutely no difference in my skin since using this product and customer service is terrible.

Finally my problem was solved.
I have had a horrible experience with Olavita from May 9 up to May 21, with constant miscommunication, emails, texts, all ignoring that I cancelled my order shortly after I attempted to order the product. It was very difficult to actually get to speak with a company representative. However, on May 21, I had the pleasure of speaking to Carlos from the Olavita support team. He was polite, courteous and resolved my issue immediately. Thank you so much, Carlos.

Product does not work and required a fraud report
Product did not work for me. I only made one order. You keep sending products - returned 2 orders and have not been given refunds. I also cancelled any further orders and you have continued attempts to bill my credit card.
Where are my refunds??? I have made a fraud report.
Olavita responded to the above and now claims they can not locate an account in my name which is bogus because I can bring up my account on heir web page
which shows subscription cancelled but they continue to bill my credit card. they don't give an account # but the last order # is B862984684. Attempts to contact Olavita by telephone or email is worthless because tel calls go to voicemail and emails receive no response.

I sent a small message to customer service about auto-delivery. Within less than an hour, probably less, I received feedback on my problem. It was instantly taken care of. I've never had such a great experience with customer service Anywhere. Very pleased with their response and their actions. And on top of that, it was Memorial Day. Great service.

I tried to order 3 Tonebright dark spot serums just before beginning work. I was simply enraged to be kept on the line for an extra god knows how many minutes trying to evade the ridiculous and insulting push to order more. I know my own mind, I didn't want any more and threats that you might be of stock if I came back for more were almost enough to get me to cancel the whole order. Such pushy, time wasting sales pitches are enough to keep me from coming back.

A favorable resolution at last!
Although it took four separate emails on different dates to cancel a subscription that I inadvertently ordered when I first bought Olavita face serum, it was finally resolved. I received prompt responses to each email, and I felt the representatives were eager to help me resolve my issue. Additionally, they refunded my last payment of $44 promptly and allowed me to keep the final delivery.
If I have one recommendation, it would be to read the small print VERY carefully to avoid buying a subscription to ANY online products.
The best part of this entire experience is that OlaVita Face Serum is a great product. I’ve seen a marked reduction in facial fine lines and discoloration in less than three weeks when used as directed, twice daily.

I was told a month ago on April 16 that everything was backordered? but they would ship it was soon as it became available. Tonight I asked for a refund to find out my order was lost in shipping? they confirmed my address and said it would be sent ASAP. I was not aware they had shipped the product as far as I knew it was still on hold.

I have been waiting well over a month…
I have been waiting well over a month for my refund on products I have not recieved! I had placed an order for the face cream, and they added eye serum to my order which I had no clue until I paid, so I promptly cancelled the order. They have told me two times I would recieve my refund and it's being processed. Lies!!! I still have yet to recieve it! Also I don't know how why they want a review on their customer service, you don't get to talk to a person! It's an automated reply every time! I would not order from this company or any other company that doesn't have a phone number that you can call! This company is not trust worthy that's for sure!
