Product useless, severely compromised customer service, lack of transparency
I purchased one bottle of Olavita last year via a digital advertisement. Somehow I was unknowingly locked into a subscription, and every 60 days I receive and billed for a new bottle that I repeatedly and adamantly ask to stop. There is no invoice with contact information or documentation of billing, there is no way to reach a human being at customer service. I repeatedly email Olavita customer support advising them to cancel, refund the charnges, and stop shipment of product, and they tell me that in order to process the discontinuation of an account that I never agreed to set up, that I have to complete a TrustPilot Survery - crazy! The shipping label just says Uniuni at LAX with an address that leads to no one.

Olavita erred honestly, refunded money!
Olavita made an honest error and placed an order and I informed them of it and they acknowledged they had made a mistake and refunded my money but told me to keep the product anyway. That was amazing! I love their products and their honesty!

I told your people to cancel the order as I have a 3 month supply and have not even gotten passed the first month 2 evaluate, I DID NOT sign on as a subscription customer, why would you when you are trying a product for the first time. Hate this!!! Now more product is coming , cancel EVERTHING!!!!

I have pasted the eventual response from Olivia. I am still waiting for a further refund from Olivata. (I did receive a less than $50 previously.) I did check with my credit card company to verify that there was no further refund to my account.
I did use the skin care products morning lotion and 2 times daily eye care according to package directions for 30 days. I saw no improvement to my face and my eyes were itching so badly that even if there had been an improvement in the bags I would have had to quit using it.
I am stuck with hundreds of dollars of useless, worthless products.

I did not plan on dealing with this on a public forum, but Trustpilot has written that you are waiting for a reply.
On Monday March 23, 2026, I received an email stating that my Order #343020 of 3 bottles of Olavita™ Liquid Solution (3mtl) was I its way. I had already sent numerous emails stating that I did not want any more products and to cancel my subscription. I wrote again and said that I did not want anything and to cancel the order. The eventual reply is as posted above. I still do not have the promised refund.
If I had received it, I would have amended my review to reflect that fact. as it stands now, I have spent hundreds of dollars on two products that do not work and it seems that I am allergic to one of them
I did finally receive the refund of the payment of the unrequested order that I thought I had canceled when I told them to cancel everything.

I ordered and then changed my mind. When I contacted the company, Arti was so patient and immediately went to work to cancel my order even though I didn't yet have an order number. Arti went through all the steps with me and made extra sure that I would get a refund and not be charged again. This was all within 6 hours of my putting in the order and then changing my mind. I completely trust this company.
