Easy to solve my problem

I placed an order and when I received the email receipt of my order, there were more orders than I wanted. I contacted customer support and it got resolved quickly.
I dealt with Dan and he solved my issue in a timely manner!

The oil of hope

The oil, or serum, feels nice, ☺️ but after using two bottles, I started a third bottle, I don't see any difference, 😕 so I can't say , I've benefitted, but I will continue with the third, bottle. Please don't send anymore ,unless A miracle happens, I'll let you know 😉. Thank You I remain hopeful. Thanks 😉

The representative listened

I was very interested in trying this…

I was very interested in trying this product, however it took WAY too long to get through the ordering process. I felt like I was forced to purchase the botox product before being offered the actual product I was trying to get to. It warned me several times if I backed out it could cause a duplicate charge? What kind of bs is that? I ended up spending twice as much as planned and with 2 products instead of 1.

Mark handled my concerns

Mark handled my concerns, when I received notification that a shipment was on the way and I still have 4 bottles unopened. I love the product and I use it daily although I haven’t seen the results some speak of. But he stopped the subscription and refunded the charge.

Eye Revive is your best friend

The eye revive cream is a great product. I use it day and night. I believe using it twice a day is the way to go, as it reduces swelling in the morning and at night the eye revive can work its magic as you sleep.

I had to change auto delivery policy

I had to change auto delivery to delivery as needed. I called the Customer Service, and they corrected the problem promptly and professionally. It was one of the best customer services I have ever dealt with. They compensated me for the products already sent me.
The product is excellent I already told my friends about it! I will continue to use it I hope my friends will try too! I have tried so many other products that don't work so I'm happy my search is over!

Efficient and effective Customer service

Mistake can happen, especially with computer records, etc. My previous order was activated again with a system malfunction and shipped without my reordering . Arti in Customer Support Department was very efficient in finding the cause of the problem and to correct it. Arti was not only effective and professional but also courteous and friendly in correcting the problem. Even though I do not do automatic recurring orders, I will order again when I start using my last bottle. I do like the lotion. I just do not like having too many of the same exp. date in my cabinet. Thank you again for the refund and your fast action.
