By far, Marc provided me the best customer service I have had anywhere in the last several years. He acted quickly and sent me a kind and understanding letter in response to me canceling my subscription. I have had no other company react so promptly and accepting of my decision.

This company is an absolute rip off to customers who returned product's and they have taken it to the stretch of 6 months knowing full well they have not refunded me on 3 of there supposedly beauty product's that I decided I didn't want unopened and then to lie and say they put refund into my bank account 1st of may to find it hadn't been put there and with 6 months emails backwards and forwards to still keep me hanging on for my refund knowing it has to go to 120 day's with both bank and clearpay not being able to get my refund back after this so people don't purchase as it didn't work anyway for me hence the returned items so I hope your proud of yourselves olavita shame on you as a company and I know I'm not the first as there is a lot of lady's on trustpilot with complaints you are terrible as a company.

To Mark , I am very impressed with your quick answer to my post as l was not aware l had accepted a subscription to my order and would like to thankyou for canceling the said prescriptions, as at 86 yrs of age l do not like the idea of on going amounts being taken automatically from bank account . Customer service excellence. I initially ordered a bundle of Olavita but unfortunately had to request a refund due to ingredients that I realise I am allergic to after some quick research. I had no issue with the product itself but the service I recieved from Ben was handled without dispute and provided me a full refund due to my skin condition. Thank you Ben for your excellent customer service .

I did not get to use the product itself long enough to know how well it works due to prescription creams my doctor put me on. I can say that it felt really good on my skin and had a pleasant smell. But I can absolutely brag on the customer service provided by Olavita, in particular, Mark, who was more than helpful and went above and beyond to help me resolve a small issue. When I finished with prescription cream, I will definitely give Olavita another try and that's mostly due to Mark. Thank you!

I sent in a request to cancel my subscription and asked for a possible refund. I received an email from Mark shortly after sending mine which Mark said my subscription has been cancelled and that I would be receiving a refund. I was thanked for trying the product. Overall I’m very pleased and I thank Mark for his understanding and response.

The put me on a weekly order when I intended to purchase one jar of neck cream. Did not notice any change in neck appearance after two and a half months. They refused to make good on their promise of unconditional warranty on return of product. I personally do not trust this company.

I tried Olavita skincare products and found them to be only fair, especially considering the cost. The product was expensive, and in my experience, I have used other skincare products that were more effective and provided better results.
My bigger concern is with the company’s subscription cancellation process. I sent an email requesting cancellation of my subscription and followed up several times, but the company has refused to cancel it and has continued charging my credit card. This has been very frustrating and disappointing.
Based on my experience, I would be cautious before signing up for a subscription with Olavita. While the product was acceptable, I do not believe it justified the price, and the difficulty canceling the subscription makes it hard for me to recommend the company.

I placed an order and when I received the email receipt of my order, there were more orders than I wanted. I contacted customer support and it got resolved quickly.
