There was a situation of accidentally checking “subscription “ on a new order.
I was able to contact the company and asked questions on how that occurs.
I do not like subscriptions! And as rule never ever order them.
The owner explained how it happened.
So I learned something.
I really love the product. I initially ordered several items and I especially love the eye cream. I’m older and this product does what it claims to do.
I’ve tried many products. This is by far the best.

As before, my product never arrived, and it has now been 4 months. I talked with customer service and they "fixed the issue" and resent it... However, here we are not getting anything. I hope you used my 250 dollar order money for a good use because I will curse your company and service online every chance I get. You are all thieves.

I have been using Olavita products for several months now and I have been delighted with the results. With my last order I decided to purchase a facial massager. It arrived 2 weeks ago, along with my usual products, but I was disappointed that there were no instructions with it, so I had to just try to work out for myself how to use it and I was delighted with the results. However, after only one week the massager stopped working! With no instructions to check, I contacted them on their customer service chat service to ask how to open the unit to change the battery, but I couldn't get an answer. I was told I would receive an email with instructions, but it didn't arrive. I contacted them again to complain and gave an alternative email address and was again promised that I would receive an email, but nothing arrived! I was so annoyed about this that I decided to email them directly at their support email which was the address given on their website, but it was returned with 'no such address'! I tried again to find an email and I sent yet another email to a different address on their website. Again it bounced back to me with 'address couldn'tbe found'! I'm afraid to force the unit open to look inside because I'm afraid of causing damage, but I really do need to know how to safely change the battery. I'm appalled at the standard of customer service from this company. EDIT: I fainally received a reply from Olavita, stating that my facial massager is rechargeable. IT IS NOT! There is absolutely no port in which to insert a charging lead. In fact, the whole unit is smooth and sealed around the edges and there is NO cavity where a battery is normally inserted. I note that they also supply a rechargeable version at a much higher price but the one I ordered was at a lower price. Anyway, I have now bought a proper rechargeable unit from Amazon for under £40, which is about half the price than the one I bought from Olavita and works very well. I am still disappointed with Olavita about this. It seems they are doing their best to make as much money as they can from customers! I would be happier if they offered me a refund for my initial purchase, but there is no mention of that!

They claim a 90 day return policy if you're unhappy with results. They dint tell you up front that you have to take before, during and after photos.
There is no option to contact them.
When you cancel a subscription it is ny product, not for the whole subscription.

Veronica is an excellent representatiive for your company! I did not realize I was going to be getting charged each month so I had to cancel! I sent an email on a possible refund! Veronica got back with me immediately! She has already put everything in place for my refund to be returned to me!!! Thank you!! She gave me details and time frame on what to expect!

I contacted your customer service site to reconfirm that I had asked to have my orders stopped a couple of months ago and I guess the request didn't get through to the automatic shipment site. After several emails and contacts by different people, including Olivia and the latest person being Mark, I am writing to say that I did receive a communication from PayPal confirming that the process for a refund had been started. Thank you very much for the follow up and follow through. FYI, the shipment in question has not arrived yet, so I'm not sure if you were able to stop it before it was sent, or if it is just taking extra long to get across the Pacific. In any case, I want to let you know that I am thoroughly satisfied with the product, I just don't seem to use it as quickly as perhaps it should be used. I received a second order when I did not knowingly place an order on a subscription basis. I thought, 'Here i go, fun times ahead, arguing over a subscription that must've been in some fine print somewhere.' HOWEVER, Mark responded immediately and made everything all right. Immediately issued a refund and cancelled any future orders. WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE from an online order!

The product, Olavita Liquid Solution (age erase formula) has an impressive lineup of ingredients, including some we're all familiar with, like hydrolyzed collagen peptides and some I'd never heard of, like Botulism Toxin and Argareline which provide wrinkle care that I've found nowhere else. I accidentally ordered Olavita LS on a monthly subscription, and after receiving several bottles (which will last a long time), decided to cancel the subscription. It's not often that you get a response from the company namesake but the response from Olivia was polite and swift. She told me that Mark would be helping me, and within hours, I had an amazing letter from Mark confirming the cancellation and refunding the most recent shipment, which I was instructed to keep. You can't ask for more than a facial serum with exciting ingredients and a company with customer service that goes above and beyond.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!! It took 3 months to get my money back which I had to fight for & constantly calling them (without return phone calls), emails, etc. Wanted a 10% restocking fee!!! I did not see that anywhere on the website. It actually says: " Try it for 90 days and if you're not completely satisfied, for any reason, send it back and we'll refund the FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR PURCHASE"
They are a bunch of crooks trying to make money out of innocent people like us. Stay away from this company - I can't begin to tell you the nightmare that I went through.

The only reason I had to cancel is the cost. Just my social security is hard to keep up with the higher cost of everything. I will say that if I have extra cash, I will purchase again.
