I can honestly say that Olavita are truly the most customer focused company , from placing my order up to actually receiving it , my queries were dealt with promptly and courteously. I placed an order online but later…

I placed an order online but later realized the product was not suitable for my age group. I contacted the company by email, and they responded immediately, cancelled my order, and processed my refund without any hassle. Excellent customer service! I have been waiting well over a month…

I have been waiting well over a month for my refund on products I have not recieved! I had placed an order for the face cream, and they added eye serum to my order which I had no clue until I paid, so I promptly cancelled the order. They have told me two times I would recieve my refund and it's being processed. Lies!!! I still have yet to recieve it! Also I don't know how why they want a review on their customer service, you don't get to talk to a person! It's an automated reply every time! I would not order from this company or any other company that doesn't have a phone number that you can call! This company is not trust worthy that's for sure!

I have never before experienced a more distressing and deceptive exchange with customer service (I am 70 years old)!
Inspite of informing you of my rejection of your product due to allergies and you confirming that you understand the issue and I agreeing to order an alternative, you sent me two additional deliveries that I had to pay for. What a waste of money and time...I am out of about $400.00 and a bunch of useless product

I very disappointed.

I dislike continually being told that I have been helped by people when I haven’t.
I dislike, continually being told by Olivia that I need to do what I am doing now.
I dislike receiving emails that are in a foreign language when I specifically asked for English.

VERY DIFFICULT TO CANCEL & GET REFUND

Quick processing.

I knew almost immediately that l could not use the products because of an allergic reaction l had had to one of the ingredients. I contacted the company as soon as l received the two packages. After getting directions, l returned the two orders unopened. The tracking information was received and promptly processed by Dan. I appreciate the quick attention to the return.

Fraudulent company puts you on a subscription you did not ask for and then to cancel they force you to pay one additional billing cycle. They are predatory. They deserve 0 stars and a complaint to state attorney.
