Initially it was very tedious to order the product. The 2nd time easy.

I dislike continually being told that I have been helped by people when I haven’t.
I dislike, continually being told by Olivia that I need to do what I am doing now.
I dislike receiving emails that are in a foreign language when I specifically asked for English.

I was put on a subscription that I never agreed to. It has been very difficult to cancel and my card keeps getting charged and product sent to my house that I don't want.

I knew almost immediately that l could not use the products because of an allergic reaction l had had to one of the ingredients. I contacted the company as soon as l received the two packages. After getting directions, l returned the two orders unopened. The tracking information was received and promptly processed by Dan. I appreciate the quick attention to the return.

This phone call with Frances solved my issues and she got the full refund for me. I did not have any success with email so after 6 attempts to no avail, Frances solved it in 1 friendly phone call. She was friendly, courteous, so helpful.

Fraudulent company puts you on a subscription you did not ask for and then to cancel they force you to pay one additional billing cycle. They are predatory. They deserve 0 stars and a complaint to state attorney.

I was hoping for an excellent experience looking at the reviews. I also read the original return policy which said products could only be taken back if unused.
(How would you know if it worked if you couldn't try it as directed).
I had read this before I ordered and contacted customer service BEFORE I ORDERED questioning how I could tell i it did or didn'it work. I called for an RMD number to return them as was told I could not return them as they had been used. I sent a total of 9 or 10 emails saying I had a letter from customer service service saying I definily could use and return the products if they didnt work.Every time they wrote me the jars can't be returned use, I'd write them that I had a letter from CUstomer Service saying I definitely could and get a refund. I would sent that letter back explaining it again. I DID THIS 9 TIMES AND EACH ONE SAW SO SORRY BUT WE ONLY TAKE BACK PACKAGES THAT ARE STI CLOSED. i DID SEE THEY ANSWERED WITH THEY DID NOT HAVE AN ORDER FROM ME SO THEY DID NOT COMMENT ON WHETHER YOU CAN TEST THE PRODUCT BUT ARE SUPPOSED TO BE APPROVING THE RETURN NOW. IF THEY DON'T ILL COME BACK HERE AND LET YOU KNOW.
i THOUGHT I HAD COVERED THIS BY WRITING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE I ORDERED AND SHE SAID WHAT i WAS THINKING. OF COURSE, YOU'D HAVE TO OPEN AND USE THEM SO YOU COULD DISCERN IF THE WORKED OR NOT FOR YOUR SKIN.

I PAID THE POSTAGE AND RETURNED IT AND NOW THEY SAY THEY DON'T KNEW WHO I AM. i WILL HAVE TO EMAIL THEM PROOF.
I'LL KEEP THIS UPDATED AS I DID READ ONLINE THEY HAVE A LOT OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT NOT ANSWERING THEIR PHONES , BAD RETURN POLICY, i FIGUED I WAS IMMUNE FROM THEIR POLICY OF RETURNS SINCE A REP HAD TOLD ME I WAS RIGHT.
