They charged me for the product which I have yet to receive. I was going to add it to a birthday gift for a friend. I can't get any time of concrete answer on refund and emails filled with nonsense on how they are trying to ship the product but they are having a backup. That does not help me at all.

Cathy your information has been very helpful. We need more reporting like this from these "Chinese" scamers. Thank goodness my credit card company works we me to get my credits due. I do my homework now before placing orders just for this reason. Hopefully they'll be out of business soon!

Todays date is Feb 25th 2 weeks since my last post. I've been given the run around this entire time trying to return the product. On top of everything else I received a notice that a third shipment was on its way on Feb 22nd. I promptly replied that I DID NOT place another order. I'm still trying to return the unwanted shipment as well as the 2nd one that was NOT ordered, To their credit, they did stop the third shipment, and refunded the third charge to my acct, I had to cancel my credit card in order to stop this ongoing saga. A terrible product THAT DOES NOT WORK! Not only a total ripoff but also they have it on automatic subscription and keep charging my card.

I received a shipment that didn’t contain proper products. I did notify them immediately with no response. I received a notification that they were intending to send another shipment that I immediately advised them to cancel because I did a one time purchase. They’re refusing stating I have a subscription. Scammers.

I was put on a subscription without my knowledge and did not find out until I was billed. I have 4 bottles and I wanted to return them...I was told they were bought at a discount and therefore could not be returned...even though it states a 90 day return policy. I offerred to remove my return if Olavita would remove the $77 charge I was just billed for on Paypal...but they denied it again...The product seems to be working after about 30 days, I already have 4 bottles left and now 2 more on the way. Buyer beware...

It is a true scam and unethical practices from this company and their lack of transparency. I have been scammed out of $200 after purchasing one bottle at $44.
Then came the scam, I was charged for a membership I did not authorize, and scammed out of more money. I was told refunds are not a thing, this is twice now I have been told my membership was canceled, yet more money has been taken from my account. I have reported this horrible company to BBB and I have changed banking information. How is a company so unethical allowed to sell in the USA.

Ordered 3 bottles, forced to watch additional videos on other products. Billed me for those 3 products then charged me an outrageous amount for a product I didn’t agree to purchase. Beware. After contacting my credit card issuer, and complaining of the fraudulent charge and likely having olavita charging my card without my permission as others have complained about, I’ll likely have to cancel my card just in case. It’s a mess. BEWARE.

I was completely taken in by their description of the product and all of the women describing how great their product is. I'm 76 and have wrinkles on my face, neck, everywhere! So I thought "what have I got to lose?" WRINKLES! But, sad to say, I lost NO wrinkles! Only money. Absolutely a scam!

I ordered 1 product, they tried to add on a product. I contacted my credit card company, so they did refund me for the extra charge, but only because I stopped the charge. However, I have never received the actual product that I did order over a month and 1/2 ago. I have contacted their Customer Support multiple time and they just keep apologizing, saying they are working on it. This company is not trustworthy!

This company is predatory don't order from them. The website puts you in an endless loop and advise not to back out or you will be double charged. As soon as I got out of their videos I immediately sent an email to have order cancelled. They sent me multiple emails during the next day unrelated to my request to cancel. Then I got an email advising they could cancel as the item had shipped. This is unacceptable and they are now requiring that I process a return. Their intent is to frustrate you so you give up and then I am sure they will want me to pay for return shipping.

I ordered three bottles of Olavita serum for $105. I tried to order the ice serum, but it was never placed on the order. I sent a message stating that I did not receive the eye serum.
when I noticed that I had been charged several hundred dollars I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I was told to wait for the charges to post. Once all the charges were posted I was charged over $300. I emailed customer support to send back some of the bottles and exchange for the ice serum that I wanted to try. I was told that they would not accept even unopened bottles of the product since I had a subscription. I told them that I did not sign up for any subscription and they said that was the only way that I got the discount price. I don’t think $329 is much of a discount. I have only used the product twice and it does seem to be very drying to the skin. I did not think to read the reviews before purchasing. I am very sorry that I failed to do my homework prior to ordering.

Please be aware of this company. They are not reputable and will not accept their product back or refund your money. They advertise the product as Botox in a bottle. There is absolutely no such thing. Please do your research and stay clear of this terrible company. I hope this information saves future customers from losing a lot of money.

Shortly after placing my order, I discovered from reviews online that Olavita does not clearly disclose that the product is manufactured and shipped from China. For me, country-of-origin matters when it comes to skincare and product safety. Based on my past negative experiences with products sourced from there, I was not comfortable using it and requested cancellation within 7 hours, well under 24 hours.

Instead of honoring the cancellation, they emailed asking me to justify my decision. That is inappropriate. Customers should not have to defend cancelling an order made the same day.

They then claimed the product shipped anyway. I never received it.

After researching further, I found many other complaints describing the same pattern: hidden origin, ignored cancellation requests, and missing shipments. This suggests a systemic issue, not a misunderstanding.

The real problem here is lack of transparency. If a company is confident in its manufacturing and quality control, it should disclose origin clearly upfront. Consumers deserve full information before putting something on their skin.

I would not order from this company again and strongly advise others to research carefully. Stay away!!!

You can buy Olavita at Walmart for $15. I always “Google” a product before I order it from any website. Therefore I did not order this product for $49.95 on their own site. That is a ridiculous markup! Don’t trust manufacturers who do this.

I have been trying to send back your product for a few weeks now. The serum brakes my face out. I am begining to think this company is a scam. I have called, emailed and chst with AI several time. Each time I am promised a RA# to send product back.

Don't trust this it's a totally scam they keep charging your credit card and no reply to stop your payment again and again. Total scam.

Order was placed 3 months ago and I have still not received anything. I emailed them and was told that it was most unusual but my order was delayed and would be sent soon. Emailed again after another 3 weeks and was told it was on its way and should be 7 - 10 working days. Emailed them again after a month and needless to say I have heard nothing nor have I received my order. Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering! Stay well clear!!

I bought Olavita from another famous source with free returns and free postage. Why are people going to the company? I found the serum smoothed wrinkles and my skin took on a glowing appearance after a few days. The serum is of a good consistency. You do not need too much and the 30ml bottle lasted for ages. I am purchasing again from the famous source at approx £5 a 30ml bottle. Very pleased.

This company is a sham --they trick you into ordering products that you never intended to order, then ignore requests to cancel unwanted items. I thought I was ordering ONE serum and ONE eye cream, and was charged for ONE serum and FOUR eye creams. When I requested a refund, only the serum order was cancelled and refunded. I returned the FOUR eye creams PER THEIR INSTRUCTIONS, and was then ghosted by the company. I'm out over $150.

Sent the product back. Still awaiting a refund. Aus Post($42 later for postage to USA) advised it has been delivered. Emails from me questioning my refund. Automated BOT replies.
Scammers. Stay away from this website!
