This company is raping their customers. They are selling their product for $44, with all this hype about it being so good. Walmart sells it for $15 and Amazon sells it for $19. I signed up for a subscription because it was cheaper. They now tell me that after another $78 charge, they will cancel the subscription. So after they get their $156, I can go to Walmart and buy it for $15. IF IT WORKS

This company does not deserve a star at all! I give them a zero, it's just like water in a bottle. What a waste, clearly a scam. They need to do something about this. This is ridiculous, with all of the false advertising. A quick fix to make a buck at our expense. The audacity to decieve hardworking people, clearly frauds! Charging extra for subscriptions we didn't agree to. Liars AND scammers, what a waste, never again. False advertisement seems to be popular.

I accidently ordered Olavita Serum and several hours later changed my mind and have since WRITTEN EMAILS to CANCEL ORDER and they have received those but Continue with MAILING ORDER, even though I told them to cancel!. This is of course a Chinese Scam Company--- ignoring your emails, cancelations, and continuous Charging your accounts. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !! there products and this company are SCAMS>

I bought 6 bottles and no difference. This product does not work. It is absolutely false advertising by this company. I kept them informed that it wasn't working. I was told I was covered by a 90 day guarantee. I am almost finished bottle 6 so contacted them again regarding the guarantee. They offered me a £10 discount on future products. I refused and stated again was within my rights to use the promised guarantee but they are not honouring it. Total scam. Please avoid this company. Somebody needs to look into them. A little update...after asking them the same question about the guarantee 3 times with no answer I received a message saying they have closed down my case. Still didn't answer my question. And now they are ignoring my emails. I'm going to Trading Standards to report them. Why is nobody doing something about this company after reading all these reviews?

They said that it was shipped but it never came. I asked for a refund and they said first it was 7 - 10 days then it was 10- 20 days,then it was 5- 10 days for the refund. On the website it states 90 day refund. Needless to say they lied about that. Don't buy from this place.

I was pressured into buying too much of this product. I clearly marked I did not want a subscription and they took $44 out of my account again.

The lotion is drying and I think it actually aged me. They won’t take anything back because they say I subscribed. I didn’t.

I emailed them to cancel and they are going to take another $44 before they will let me quit. I’m canceling my card tomorrow.

With my poor experience, I must claim this as a scam company.
I considered purchasing 1 or 2 bottles online for around $30 or $60. I was interrupted and left the site to revisit when ready. I then received a confirmation of 3 bottles around $131.00.
I complained with the Olavita customer service who firmly responded claiming that I had agreed to a subscription, which I definitely did not do.
LATER: I responded to a 4th bottle shipment notice and was told that subscription goods could not be cancelled or returned. TODAY- the 4th bottle arrived. I have gone to my credit card company and filed the complaint and asked for refunds.
I NEVER AGREED TO A SUBSCRIPTION.

Do not under any circumstances purchase from this company. I am still waiting for my initial order that was placed 4 weeks ago. Every time I email customer support to enquire, the reply is that 'my order' has been placed. When I checked my card, I discovered that an additional amount has been deducted without authorization. When I queried this, the reply email stated that I had subscribed for ongoing orders and offered a screen shot of my initial order. As expected, the screen shot was a blank. I have now had to cancel my card. I have paid for 2 orders and received nothing. BEWARE.

Zero star absolute scam. Advertising made one believe. Stupid me. These people should be arrested for false information. Wicked. God knows what’s in the bottle it certainly doesn’t do anything at all. Mary Barker UK

If l could give a zero review l would.

A few minutes after l put in my order, l read the reviews on this product, which stated that it doesn’t work and that customers were unhappy with the customer service.
I then decided to put in a cancellation request.

Instead of giving me a refund, my order was rushed to me.

Also something happened at the checkout. My money was taken out of my account without giving me the opportunity to check my order. Payment went straight through.

I contacted the company to ask if I could send the product back and l was told that they don’t accept returns.

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated, that l received this order and can’t return it, even though the package is unopened.
I would never purchase from this seller again.

There is no integrity here !

I ordered two bottles before Christmas. I kept one I put one in my mother‘s Christmas stocking. I broke out from it. My dermatologist told me I cannot use it and low and behold two more bottles came. I never ordered them of course now 20 emails back-and-forth you have to send pictures of the bottles not open, which I did then something else then something else and now they tell me that I signed up for the subscription which I did not do and I can’t use it my doctor said not to and I didn’t order it so I’m reading other reviews and it’s the same problem with everyone wow buyer beware don’t order from them. I will call my credit card company in the morning and make sure they don’t pay anything. Shouldn’t have to do this bad business

Automatically, and with no notice signed me up for a subscription with the order which had no way to cancel online. Refused return of unused and unopened items, based on that predatory subscription, even though the return policy said nothing of the sort. This is a scam

Please, please do not order from these people the biggest scam out there. I ordered three bottles and tried it for a couple days and it was burning my skin. I contacted the company which took forever for them to even respond. They do not answer the phone. I’ve been emailing back-and-forth all day with them trying to get a refund. They do not refund their products. They gave me $21 back finally on $105.30 and told me they would not cancel my subscription until they sent me out another order and charged my card then after the second cycle, they would cancel my subscription. I was finally forced to call my credit card company. Cancel my credit card and order a new credit card so they couldn’t touch it. This company deserves prosecution. Don’t fall for it like I did along with many others if you read the reviews listen to them and if they tell you they resolved the problem with others they are liars trying to save you same headache, and frustration that I went through all day. Hope this helps anyone out there thinking of ordering this product go to Walmart and buy it if you want to try it !

I ordered Olavita's Liquid Solution for my wife based on a money back guarantee. After using it for a few times she realized it did not work for her. I emailed customer support and requested a refund. The first response was a cheerful one advising to try for longer with instructions how best to use. my wife followed their advise with no results. I again requested a refund and was offered a $10 credit towards a purchase of another product. I insisted on a refund and was told that they cannot take a used product back. This response seemed to me that I was scammed by this bad company. How else would you know if a product works or not. The "money back guarantee" has ZERO meaning. I wrote again requested a refund but did not receive an answer,

This product is absolutely terrible. This company continues to withwraw funds from my account for a subscription I never subscribed to. BEWARE. I've had to contact the BBB. One time purchase means nothing to this company.

Brought 1 bottle costing £40 to find they had added another £65 worth of stuff which was disgusting. Then I used it every day till bottle empty and nothing different, may as well put water on your face cus that what it felt like! The people advertising this product must of been paid alot to say how brilliant it is- one woman even said she put it on at night and by next morning she screamed at the mirror because she didn't recognise herself ! What a load of bull!!! Then to my disgust I see it for 6.99 for TWO bottles I was totally ripped off

30, 2025. THEN READ HORRIBLE REVIEWS ON THEM, GOT A PHONE CALL NEEDING TO GO TO NC for family emergrncy. 15 min. later texted them to cancel orders. No response x 5. Tried to call their number x 2...
no answer live or machine. Notified Paypal what had happened. They would not respond to any attempt to cancel so I could not go to family and I'm stuck with 6 bottles of glorified water. They crammed me and PAY PAL allowed it! So I'm out about $200. Liars, thieves and totally lie about their products. I'm going to escalate to the TX Dept. of Consumers Affairs and also the Federal counterpart. IT'S A TOTAL SCAM AND THEY ARE THIEVES AND LIARS!
