You can buy this rubbish on Temu for $3.00. Seriously do your research before buying online. If you get scammed by them, it's your fault. Caveat Emptor Buyer Beware!

Do not order this product. I signed up for a subscription and when received my order I decided I didn't want it. I did not open any packages. I contacted them about returning it, as it states on website it has a 90 return policy. They said since it was a subscription I could not return it.

Not sure how this order even got placed but I emailed them back within 2 minutes of the time the confirmation appeared in my email. Five times they refuse to refund my money even though it hadn't been shipped yet. The next day they sent me something that said they actually had shipped it already. I again reiterated I have canceled multiple times. I ended up filing a fraud claim through my credit card company. After threatening them with that they would only refund half of my money. Once the claim was filed they refunded all of it. Do not trust this company as all these reviews say!

don't respond to emails. charged for two lots only purchased one (was very fed up as this was vacation money).
Was not sent from New York was sent from a town in U.K.

I stupidly ordered 2 bottles - my credit card was charged twice. Within minutes I contacted them to cancel both orders, Within about an hour at least 15 emails were exchanged asking why I was cancelling etc until finally they confirmed it was already shipped!
I received 6 bottles! I have returned them and I am hoping with the proof of return, and the supporting emails of trying to cancel the order within minutes of placing it, PLUS their unreasonable Returns Policy my credit card company will credit me.

Their returns policy also strands for NOTHING

Ditto, ditto and double ditto! I wish I had seen these reviews before I had purchased anything from these scammers, but don't worry ladies, I am not working at present and have all the time in the world to fight these folks, and have already begun ... P.S. As soon as I told them that I was an attorney and I was fighting this with my credit card company and posting that their company was a scam, they agreed to give me a full refund, without even sending the product back! Let's see if it actually happens ... And I actually got my refund! Just threaten legal action and they will do the right thing!

Well, I have not bought this product but I think when we are buying online we don’t really check very well, I wanted to buy this product so I googled it but there were lots of similar things and they all use brand name “OLAVITA” but when you check very well, the way they even wrote on the ORIGINAL BOX and the BOTTLE is totally different, I really took time to check all and they only write on the box “OLAVITA” but when you check the ORIGINAL product is written on the BOTTLE “OLAVITA “ and also the way they wrote the letters is different from the rest, so we should sometimes check product “ORIGINALITY” when we are buying online

We NEED TO STOP PEOPLE LIKE THIS!!
So many of us want youth in a bottle at a reasonable cost right? Some are so obsessed with trying to look younger that they fail to do their due diligence on not only the product but also the company itself and their policies on how they operate and how they handle returns and complaints! Me included! My first experience was with Cindy Crawford’s skincare products back in 2011 when the writing was in very fine print and that we all (majority of us) ignored and accepted terms and conditions anyway, well back then they use to count the day they shipped their products out as the first day they counted as the “trial period “ and under two weeks I’d get another shipment and 225$ charged on at the time my bf CC (which I planned on canceling due to my sensitive skin’s reaction to it) well luckily Cindy’s company is a reputable one which made customer service easier to work with.. my point being.., we need to pay more attention to detail and fine lines! ( however in my case the fine lines morphed into full blown wrinkles 😂)
It’s a shame pple always trying to scam hardworking people out of their hard earned money for Nothing! One Word!!!= KARMA and It’s REAL!!! It’s coming back around & it’s a Bit••

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I keep on receiving products after multiple times emailing them and wanting to cancel ALL ORDERS! Everytime they say its already being processed.

The website states refunds given even for empty bottles. I asked for a refund, I've only used it a couple of times and it irritated my skin, and they refuse to give me a refund for an open bottle! They said they'd give 15% (still not received) and I pointed out that they'd need to update their website regarding their false refund claim. Not happy.

Please avoid this company at all costs. It’s been a nightmare

This product sucks. Don't order from these unless you want to just throw your money down the drain , tried to return they said they would give me a credit . That was 2 mo's ago . They are lier.

Complete fraud. I received 6 bottles of the serum and was charged $238. I did order I set. It’s rubbish, made in China with sketchy ingredients. Going into the garbage can. What a waste of my $$!

My experience with this company was the same as others claimed. I also sent to cancel my order and they responded that they have already dispatched it and to return it when it arrives. This is a scam please do not order from them.

I have also tried to cancel an order almost within minutes and company have claimed they have already dispatched. (Yeah sure you have)
I don’t know why I’m such an idiot…wasting money on more snake oil. Didn’t read reviews until later, my bad .

I haven't brought this item and I won't after reading trust pilot reviews but there is lots of companies selling this amazon being one of them why is it still selling if its a false claiming item they should be shut down as well as other companys selling hyped rubbish
