I am so glad that l read the reviews first from the Trust pilot before start my order. Thank you ladies for your very informative reviews.

thru paypal was Olavita bought, $245 was purchase, refunded was $124, Olavita wont refund $116 even tho i have email of $245 is my refund. ITS A SCAM.
Everything sent bavk in p.o. box
i received product in little boxes few were dented in the soft envelope. false advertising of answering 24/7, its an answering machine after few times then no answer.
payPal wont say why unless request & it takes 10days??
they agreed w seller but dont tell u why.
i sent tracking by emailed & gave girl tracking who then said there's a problem, she'd let me know. Do not order anything ftom OLIVATA scam.
You want to be careful of product stay in your 3 or 6 months.

I'm glad I read the reviews on trust pilot. I was going to buy some. I'm glad I didn't. Can somebody please tell me what to buy and where to buy it that is affordable. I've spent countless dollars at very respected companies and still can't find something that I can afford
that works

Another Chinese product, it's a scam. Wasted my money again to a scam product. No refund or money back . AVIOD,AVIOD,AVIOD,

Not very happy. I did as others did, and tried to buy only 1 bottle to try it. I kept hitting the NO button right until the end. Then when I finalised the purchase, I was charged for 6 bottles. No should mean NO!

This company is a complete scam. They overcharged me. I have yet to receive the product. They will not honor their 90-day money back guarantee. They do not actually respond to the emails, rather repeat the same unhelpful message over and over. They literally added extra items to my order and overcharged me for the ones I ordered.

Just does not seem to do a thing. Nothing. Don't buy. The photo used in ads should be a flag to go no further.

Thank you Cathy T for taking the time to write a lengthy review and open our eyes to these rubbish products. I read your review and felt terrible for you that you were fooled and scammed out of nearly £120, it's disgusting. This makes me angry. I'm glad I read all your reviews thank you all so much

Big red flag when I went to just buy one bottle to see if the hype was well earned. Paid for ONE bottle using PayPal. Directed back to site told my purchase wasn't complete (not true, payment processed as soon as placed) until I watched a self promoting video that cost me 10 minutes of life I won't get back. No, just want the one bottle. In that video I saw more photoshop than on any social media, that was my last and final wave of red flag that made me abandon the sale ship. Did what I should have done before placing order, checked reviews including Trust Pilot. Next went to PayPal, canceled payment and sent email to Olavita. I did receive a cancelation confirmation both PayPal and the company. Will play waiting game for refund. Shouldn't need to because reputable companies don't post payment until product ships. Third red flag that makes Olavita questionable.

THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE THAT REVIEWED this scam of a product...I was about to purchase 3 bottles but won't and will warn all the people I know not to buy it.....disgusting people they are to market such fraudulent serum and make out it is a miracle.

I ordered three bottles of this product which was $99,95. When I used it, my face turned "Red". I contacted them stating that I was allergic to the product and I would be returning all three bottles and wanted a full refund. They asked for a photo of the bottles and also asked that I send them a photo of my face. I told them in the email that I did not have a photo since my first priority was to wash my face and hopefully get it off as soon as possible. I returned the bottles and they never refunded my money. They wanted the tracking number which I gave them. I also sent them a message stating I had received verification the product was delivered. They stated they would be processing the refund which I never received. I disputed the charge with my credit card and they gave me a full refund. This is a scam. Don't buy this product!

I ordered several items from this company, none of them worked - in fact it made my skin worse. When I tried to get a 90day money back guarantee they said I could not return the used bottles despite the fact that I had to use the products to find out they were no good. ~Then then said I had to pay shipping costs, there was a 5% restocking fee, and I had to take a photo. Disgraceful company - do not use them they do not honour the contract. I now have to go to my credit card supplier to see if they can help

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! I ordered my product through an ad from the News app on my phone. Due to Olavita’s system fault, I ended up ordering 8 bottles instead of three. In addition I didn’t even know the order went through as there was no proceed to purchase, once you enter your card details that’s it no backing out as you are charged as soon as that is provided. I tried sending the additional bottles back to China as that was the location given. Olavita kept saying I’ll get my refund once they get the returned products. DONT EVEN BOTHER. The bottles didn’t even get the clear from customs and after 6 MONTHS, the bottles were returned to me. Basically, you’ll never get a refund from them.

I did NOT buy this, as I had my suspicions confirmed by the Trust pilot reviews. It’s sold on Amazon but there are no reviews on the site, which I thought strange. Be warned about the false Facebook promotions that are a massive scam.

Never received my products. You basically stole $165.00 from me. I am furious, how can your company stay in business when you are a thief. Refund my money. You never delivered as you lied and said. You are a thief.

I nearly bought into it,but like so many came on trust pilot,and yes it was to good to be true.
Always look at reviews on here it saves you a lot of money.

I would rate it a zero, because I never received it. Was told it was delivered, I said I didn’t get it. They refused to give me back a refund or send me another one by never responding back. I think this is a scam.

I live by trust pilot and what others say about products. The advertising of this olavita is very convincing I was almost swayed. I mean, who doesn’t want to look younger? One thing stopped me and it was the before and after photos. Whilst they looked promising, I realised I has a photo of me that, by use of a particular app, actually AGED me! My photo on the “aging” app could have been used to illustrate the before and after , in reverse!

I then went onto my trust pilot and sure enough there are enough concerns to persuade me not to buy so thank you all for posting.
