Great selection of furniture. Ordered a couch and a recliner that were delivered within a few days exactly as expected. This was not my first Old Brick purchase.

Great service at Delivery. COOKIES! After my excitement over that unexpected treat, the next most appreciated treat was the professionalism of the fellows delivering the dining table and chairs. Literally took less than 30 minutes to set it up. Although I tried to flag the truck down, they got away without taking their drill bits. I called the store to say I had them and will hold on to them until I hear back. I will deliver them to wherever is convenient.
Looking forward to the delivery of our sofa. Hope it arrives soon

We are not so happy with our furniture. The large couch is uncomfortable when you want to lay down on it, and the ends are hard, it hurts your head to lay your head down. They recline but they start laying you down when you hit the recline button, you might want to recline but still sit up. My husband is very disappointed with this set. I like it but not very much.

Sales people were very helpful and knowledgeable, they found the perfect balance of giving me space to look around while still being readily accessible for any assistance. The delivery guys were very professional, flexible, and cool under pressure when getting my couch into my apartment proved to be a challenge. Thanks so much, I love my couch!

I had a totally amazing experience when purchasing my new furniture from Old Brick. I came in with something particular in mind and after trying out numerous options I was not satisfied. So I had a sales associate approach and ask if I needed some help finding anything . After explaining my situation he took the time to show me several other sofas that I had actually passed over, thinking it was not for me. We finally found one that we absolutely loved!! And it was all custom designed for us!! Who doesn't want that kind of furniture. And on top of that. It's custom built here in NY State and has a lifetime warranty on the frame. The service and the products that you sell at Old Brick is Stellar!! Thank you all for everything and we will be sending business your way

The Amish bed we purchased was gorgeous. Excellent quality and beautiful color. The delivery and set up of bed was quick and efficient. Our salesman at Old Brick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product and the showroom was very inviting and well set up. We plan to shop for a new dining table at Old Brick.

No matter which store you're in the sales people are always very nice. Old brick generally has very nice quality furniture options for any style or taste. Delivery I thought was a bit expensive for the store only being 5 minutes from my home. But I suppose I should of asked about that... They did after all have to deliver 3 living room items (couch, chair, love seat). The delivery guys were very nice as well. We bought clearance items so the price was good. Although old brick is generally well priced anyway. I recommend people to old brick stores all the time. It is just a great furniture store.

Opened box and one chair had damage to the finish. Finish was bubbled and peeling. Had to exchange.

i am an 89 year old women.I recently purchased a recliner form Old Brick and was told it would take about 7 days to 10 days.34 days later I still did not have it.No one bothered to call and advise me of the delay and why..I finally did get it and am very happy with however, very disappointed in their lack of consideration and customer service.

Why do you not have more options, so we could look at various facets of your operation. Since you did not ask, I will offer. Delivery staff was excellent. Store staff was reasonable. Selection was fair. Cannot comment on price as I did not shop around.
