I had a great experience at Old Brick. The staff was friendly and readily available for assistance without being pushy or annoying. I love my new living room set and the price was great too. They delivered on time and confirmed the day before as they said they would. I would highly recommend.

The guys were great at their job, extremely kind, and punctual.

Salesman was very knowledgeable about mattress sets. After determining what type mattress we needed and our price range he showed us several different types/brands to choose from. It was a no pressure and pleasurable purchase.

We have purchased a bed and two couches from Old Brick. We have had wonderful experiences with the sales team there and will keep coming back. Quality products!

Product arrived protected and delivery men did a great job unpacking, setting up, and checking the mechanicals.

Only thing that can be tweaked to help the customer is to call
the night before delivery with the two hour delivery time. Didn't like not hearing anything from The Old Brick until the day of delivery.

We recently purchased living room furniture and are very happy with the quality of the products. We are also very happy with the service and they held the sofa until all the pieces came in and delivered it all at once. Excellent!

I have purchased my bedroom, living room, chair for family room, and a bed for my grandchild. All have been hassle free, and have worn well for several years and still are in great shape. Love the furniture, wonderful, helpful salespeople , and good prices. Highly recommend!

I love my island it was well worth the money

Horrible experience, the only reason I gave a 2 star was because of receptionist. I waited 12 weeks which came damaged, when reordered, another 12 weeks and they order the wrong size, reordered, waited another 12 weeks and they sent me the wrong size again! Bad service manager!

Looked lots of places before going to Old Brick. Left lots of places without buying anything. The difference in atmosphere was immediately noticeable. I appreciated that salespeople didn't work on commission so weren't trying to just sell us something but they were also around in case we had questions (but didn't hover). Staff was welcoming and courteous. Prices were way better than I expected. Purchasing was easy. It took a week for delivery, but the delivery people were professional, pleasant, and fast, so it was totally worth it. Overall, I had a wholly positive experience and would unreservedly recommend them to others.

I was treated very well by the salesperson, but the delivery people did not include one piece of furniture and now I have to schedule another delivery.

I was very, very satisfied with the salespeople at Old Brick. They were not pushy at all and very helpful. When we made a decision they were very professional, I ended up spending quite a bit of money. I did have one disappoint though. I had decided to buy a great bunk bed unit for my daughter, but we didn't find out until checkout that it wasn't available and wouldn't be available for 4-6 weeks. I tried to buy the floor model but they wouldn't let us, I think that rule should be changed. Anyway, then I got a call after delivery of other furniture that it would still be a while for the bed, the one thing we really wanted to have. Once again, happy with salespeople, but disappointed by the rules of the furniture unavailable.

We love shopping at Old Brick. The service is always great. The selection is awesome. We have made a few furniture purchases from Old Brick and they have been really good quality. What was really nice was we went to the same sales associate a year after making our first purchase, and he remembered that we had bought a new house, was asking how we liked it and how we liked the furniture (he remembered what we purchased) that we had purchased from Old Brick. I highly recommend shopping here!

I had a concern, I called, they came, fixed my concern. They scheduled an appointment with in a week. The representative was friendly, and knew what I was talking about, that made me feel better. He addressed the problem, fixed it and made sure I was happy.
