This company is a scam. I was super excited to get some awesome gym shorts. Instead they won’t respond to any messages and my order is still in NJ for over a month. Do not order from this store

ABSOLUTE RIP OFF MERCHANTS . I bought three pairs of shorts all size medium. one pair was 46'' waist another was 42'' and the other 38''. I contacted them about seven times and got one response in 5 months asking for photos which I sent and then nothing. 9 months later still no response. TOTAL SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY HERE .

Purchases 2 pairs of shorts. They never shipped and never responded to emails. Do not shop here.

Absolute pieces of crap, been waiting 4 months for some sweaters i got, contacted support 5 times, left multiple comments on their instagram, sent multiple dm’s, never recieved a single response, dont buy from them.

Very poor experience. They will take your money but never send the product. I've reached out a few times for a response and nothing. Do not waste your money here

They look like cool shorts, but I was sent a notice that the shorts were shipped, and two weeks later, the tracking number is still stuck on "Pre-Shipment". I've tried several ways to reach them (responding to an email they sent, also via chat on their website) and can't get a return message at all. I feel like I was taken, and I'm going to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Run!!! I ordered 2 items a shirt and a pair of shorts. I got the shorts but they look nothing like the picture. It looks like the shorts were cut from a pair of joggers. Still have not received my shirt. Tried to contact them and no such luck. The help email comes back and nothing comes of the chat as no one will respond.

I ordered a couple of pairs of shorts before reading the reviews. Didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks, no reply to emails, tracking link didn't work (as many people have experienced) so I assumed I had wasted my money.
Then the shorts arrived out of the blue about two months later, which isn't too bad considering they were sent to New Zealand.
The quality of the clothing is excellent. However I couldn't recommend due to the service, which is a real shame.

Ordered a year ago. My order is still listed as ”packing”. Impossible to contact the company/owner. I would sue Michael Pane (the shady owner) if i lived in the USA.

Frustrating because I love the style of clothing, however customer service is NONEXISTENT and I still have not received the product I paid for and it has been 2 months since the order. No recourse for a refund and no way to contact anyone The live chat is manned by a bot that never responds, and the helpdesk email shoots an error back every time. Also they do not respond to DMs on instagram so ultimately nothing you can do. Spending your money at gymshark or somewhere else that has an actual email address you can contact.

I've tried numerous times now to contact through different avenues and still no answer all I get is someone will reply in 24 hours but never get a reply, I haven't received my order and it's been months, I need a reply on the status of my order

Patience is well worth it with this company….Yes they do take a while to reply BUT they have high volumes of orders to get througgh, as well as answer through…The sales and products they offer are things millions of people take advantage of…..So it makes sense……But once the products come in…Its ALWAYS beyond expectation…..In a world full of YoungLA, Raskol Apparel and all these generic modern clothing brands…..Be an Old School Glory…

I ordered a pair of shorts and paid via PayPal, they have not been delivered, I contacted the company with no response. I emailed their customer services and got no reply. This company is obviously a SCAM do NOT use or order from them.

Ordered some trackpants in May - never got them,
emailed them and their email doesn't actual go anywhere, hit them up on instagram every week or so finally get a response saying they will sort it, months later no gear, get a email from a lady saying she sorry and going to give me extra stuff in my order and it will be sent out the next day - still no gear and no reply to any contact i give them - asking for refund still no reply - worst company ever - they post every day so its not like people are looking at their messages - DONT ORDER FROM THEM

I ordered a t shirt and shorts. Delivered a month later than expected. Wrong size shirt came in. Too annoyed to get it fixed. No customer service at all. Called my bank to say this was a scam and they didn’t know who to contact

Ordered a sweatshirt three weeks ago and have not received it yet. Have reached out on their "live chat" but get zero response. When and if I do get my order, it will be the las5 one I ever place with them. Incompetent company.

Ordered 2 shirts quite a while ago. Of course the shipping label was made quickly. However, many weeks later the items still haven't been given to the shipping company. I've contacted old school glory many many times through their chat, email, on instagram DMs, and commented on one of their posts. Nothing. No response. Very disappointing.

Update: they never ended up sending anything or responding at all. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and file a claim on my credit card in order to get my money back. What a shame, since I really really wanted those shirts.

STAY AWAY!!! Ordered 5 items. 2 never came. 2 came as expected, 1 came wrong color. Tried contacting them multiple times while never receiving a response back👎🏻
