Never received my full order. I made the order 6 months ago and still never received part of the order. It's impossible to contact them also. Threw money down the drain ordering through them.

Sent wrong items and they are not possible to reach which is extra frustrating When they post every day on social media and read your massages but dont reply. They Run campaigns where they say ”buy this get this and this extra, just write in the order info which socks, hat and shorts you want” and then you place an order and get nothing of what you ordered.

Wish we could give 0 stars. This company is straight up a scam. We didn’t even get half of our order. The items we did get were the incorrect colors. You try to reach out to them, no response. Customer service non existent. They took their email contact down. It’s been weeks and nothing. They’re taking your money and don’t care about anything else. Avoid.

I recently received the olive green shorts. They are very soft, comfortable, and I’ve had people at the gym ask me where I got them.

I was concerned because of the negative reviews I didn't see until after I placed my order. However, my item arrived in a timely manner, within 5 business days (including memorial day weekend. I was sent the tracking #. At first I thought was bogus, because there was no information tagged, but it checked out to be legit. They mail through usps and you can track through the Shops app . My only issue is there is a lack of true customer service. There is email, but no reply and no phone number. I found out the company is based in Iceland, which is overseas and they are probably just under staffed. It may explain why others have trouble.
Overall, I am happy with my experience.

OSG has some of the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They are on top of their game and always take care of their customers.

Shorts fit pretty well and the style is nice. But I've been trying to contact their support team to get a bigger size for about a week now and have yet to receive a response. Wish I had read the reviews here before buying from them. Also kinda shady that they don't let you write reviews on the actual site.

ive been waiting for my shorts to arrive since the start of the year (14th of January) and only just received it till now (17th of may). I paid for express shipping and it took months to arrive.

Placed an order on the 2nd of October 2021 received 1 item in December and now 11th of May 2022, am yet too even hear about the rest. Multiple messages to their "24/7 chat" nothing. No tracking updates, just taken my money and left me hanging dry.

Got half my order. Impossible to contact them. It doesn't seem like they care. They will gladly take your money and give you nothing.

Absolute scam, order after 6 months has still not arrived

Bought from the before and never had issues but my last order (made over 3 months ago) is still not complete. Any and all attempts to contact customer support failed.

Michael, you lost a loyal customer & supporter. I will never buy anything from OSG again. They're an absolute crap show of a company and organisation.

I’m very upset with there lack of customer service. No contact number no email, no fine print for refunds or exchanges. The support system says they will contact you within 24 hours and I never get response. I also kept trying to email for order status, no response. The website said it take 3 days and it took a full month. I got what I ordered but their support and communication isn’t available.

Huge scam. I was missing items from my order and any attempts to contact them were a waste of time. Don't buy from this brand.

Horrible experience
I ordered 3 items from the website over a month ago. I kept checking to see if my package was delivered and on the 17th it said they cancelled the order. Ive reached out to them countless times and have not heard back, as of now I have not even received my money back which was 100 dollars. Absolutely ridiculous

This company is a total scam, I have waited 3 months for my order and received only 1/3 of the order.

They are impossible to get in touch with both by email and support (although support says they will help you within 24 hours)

I warn anyone considering and buying from this site.

Been over 12 days and the tracking still says waiting to deliver to USPS, and 1 item is still not ready. At this point I'm pretty sure it a scam, I've messaged bothe there instagrams and commented, used there 24/7 live chat, and tried to email but it didn't go through. Terrible customer service and fraudulent, go somewhere else I will be charging back.

Just like the others on here. I paid my money and nothing. There is no way to contact anyone. No one answers any emails. Scum

Still haven’t received my order after 2 months, no replies from them getting my money back.
