I should have read all the reviews before ordering from Oleada

I ordered the mini Anchor Bag in Black with silver zipper.
The Bag came with only the straps to wear it as a backpack. I would never wear it like that. It’s missing the crossbody strap. I Emailed three times to have the correct strap sent to me. I received the straps again, just the straps for backpack arrived. Now I have 2 of those and NO cross body strap. horrible customer service

I returned a bag but they refuse to…

I returned a bag but they refuse to send me my money back. The bag was so crappy in quality I had to unsubscribe to all the YouTubers that raved about them.
What is shady is that I had to do a credit card claim to get my money back but they tried to FIGHT me for my $400
Also this company is a Chinese company disguised as "New YorK"

ZERO customer service

I was happy to buy a bag from Oleada because of who they are/what they are about. Well that was short lived. The bucket bag had a slight leather defect so I returned it. They recd my return 12 Feb and I have heard nothing from them after several emails. Whats weird is there is no way to actually call and talk to someone. They have the bag and my money. I am SO frustrated and a bit mad that they think it is acceptable to operate this way.

I really wanted to like the bag

I really wanted to like the bag - the hobo style is beautiful with black exterior and red interior. But the red interior started to rub off on the items in my bag. I’ve never had this issue before with any of my former bags. Will be getting rid of it.

What customer service?

I purchased a bag for my daughter, but there is absolutely zero customer service. I've tried calling the number on their website, texting, and contacting them via WhatsApp—all to no avail. Take your business elsewhere because there is no one to contact if you have an issue

Ordered the Marina Soft Bucket Bag but…

Ordered the Marina Soft Bucket Bag but received a defective piece - the workmanship is poor such that one panel is wrinkled near the seam visibly. Trying to return the piece has been such a nightmare and a waste of time, requiring me to pay first to return which may incur more investment on my end if they don't hold up their end.

Update: Ultimately a new piece arrived unannounced and unaccompanied by any email response from customer service. It was a nice surprise as I had all but given up since emailing them with 2 replies only and while it all ended well as the new piece is fine, the experience has been stressful and disappointing.

10% First buyer discount is a scam

If I could give a zero, I would. I applied for the 10% discount that they offer to first time purchasers when purchasing a very expensive bag. I went through the whole buying process and couldn't figure out how to get my discount. I thought perhaps that it would self-populate after purchase. It didn't and they didn't send me the code to get the discount until AFTER purchase. I reached out to them 5 times by email and twice by phone within 48 hours after purchase to try to rectify. I even told them I wanted to cancel my order. Got NO response whatsoever to anything. They have the worst customer service ever. If you purchase from them, you'll never be able to return and you certainly can't cancel because there's no way to do so. They tell you to email their website for any issues or questions but nobody acknowledges or answers. Beware!

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. The customer service is completely unresponsive and unhelpful with returns. It’s been nearly two weeks since I returned my items, and I still haven’t received any updates or a refund. I’ve emailed multiple times to ask about the process, but there’s been no response at all. This has been an extremely disappointing experience.

A transection was cancelled on my request for another item but still have not received the money back.

I’ve contacted the company 3 different ways regarding my order. No status update the link to click on order number doesn’t work. And I’ve been charged already the $400+ from my account.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with Oleada.
The customer support does not respond to any emails so I am not able to return pieces which did not fit me. I would not order with Oleada again. Very disappointing.

Great customer service and beautiful clothing

SO impressed with the customer service from this lovely brand! Ordered a dress and shortly after received an email that there was a tiny rip in the item but that it was the last one left, Ruby refunded me completely but still sent the dress as the rip was reparable...when the item arrived it was absolutely beautiful and the rip was so tiny and on the inside seam so not visible at all. The item itself is amazing quality and I couldn't recommend it enough!
