Great customer service
The two batten lights I had ordered came I a box that was in a right mess, this had been the courier's fault
I emailed Olectrical two days later no reply but 2 new lights! arrived no quibble with a follow up apology

We ensure all our products are quality tested before they leave our premise however sometimes due to mishandling by the courier companies, the products get damaged, resulting in fault. Wrong item sent
Wrong item sent. I sent back. They fixed the issue in a polite manner. Mistakes happen. Question is how you deal with them. The owner himself called me to resolve the issue.

Ordered 10 5 foot long LED striplights online. Delivered the next day.
Cannot ask for more.
The lights have not yet been fitted but the next possible test may be the returns procedure if one or more fail. If it works as well as the delivery efficiency the service is top class.
