Yet again the internet is down. 2 days now and cant contact them. Their online assistance doesn't seem to work after 6pm on Friday until 9am Monday.
No Internet which I need for work and I work during the weekend. No TV, nothing...
Will be changing provider asap.

Over 48 hours without internet, Lied to every single day by support staff. What an absolute joke. If you had told me that the service could go down for days I'd never have believed it. Ridiculous in 2024 that you cannot provide some cabling and networks. Steer well clear of this company if you have a modicum of sense. I wish that I did so much now.

1 Star is too high. Eversince they took over the excellent OliveNet the service has deteriorated alarmingly. Every day is worse than the previous day. Now, whether of "All" or "HD" programmes freeze all the time. Enjoying TV programmes is impossible. They have cut so many staff.providing customer service is impossible. They shouldn't be allowed to trade. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. In fact, a barge pole could offer a better service!
Absolutely agree with everything above re-Olive Net and Olin. Since taking over my Internet has got worse and worse. I will be leaving them as soon as I can, do not take up any more contracts with this company.
Up date 3 days later. I now have NO internet at all. !!

Olin, just avoid, since they took over olivenet the service has gone from good to the pits.
To speak to an engineer it takes an age, all they say is we are working on it.
I have a fibre optic connection, doing a speed test it ranges from 0 to 150 plus within seconds.
But they still keep taking money without providing the service you contracted for.
April 2024, Olin service has vastly improved now, in the last 10 to 14 days, no problem.

As with all the current reviews; the Olivenet to Olin transition has been a disaster and as people leave it the service will probably continue to get worse as they cut costs further. Numerous enquiries on Instagram for a better service provider in Spain. The amazing thing is Olin have been silent on social media and offered no defence or explanation! Avoid.

Awful service. Constantly goes down or poor speed that causes buffering. My contract is for 100mb download test states 10mb.

The worst company I have had the displeasure of ever being a customer. Unreliable internet, regularly goes down. Customer Service also terrible, one person tells you one thing and another something totally different. Then they want to charge you money to cancel the contract when their service is not adequate for needs, and even less for persons who work from home and need reliable internet. Suggestion, do not think about contracting with Olin.

Olin, without a doubt, ranks as the absolute worst internet provider I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
Their so-called "service" is a complete and utter joke.
My home and phone services with them are a nightmare – the internet regularly cuts out for hours, and when it limps along, it's painfully slow. The phone signal? It's nothing short of ridiculous.
I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this company.
Frankly, I'm surprised they're still in business, but my guess is they won't be for much longer if they continue providing such abysmal service.

Very often downtimes of service. And then support doesn’t know when they fix it. Finally more than 24 hours without internet and the same situation every month.

Wi-Fi down twice in a few weeks . Very poor customer service. Ever since this company took over Olivenet the service has gone down, they’ve closed most of their retail shops. If you rely on Wi-Fi for business or are a digital nomad I would avoid this company. As an expat in Spain either permanently or 90/180 days think again about Olin if you need reliable Wi-Fi.

Since Olin took over Olivenet we came from heaven in HELL. They have no customer service, outages for sometimes more than 48 hours. I recommended Olivenet to friends and colleagues and now I feel sorry for them. Never Olin again!

Since Olin took over from Olivenet this company is the pits. Totally unreliable service no customer service. Total outage for nearly 48 hrs. Olin (formerly OliveNet) is a disaster of a company. OliveNet was a fantastic ISP and company but since being taken over the service has dropped off a cliff. You can never get through to customer service and the outages are appalling. I haven't had Internet access for 2 days now, i can't get through to Olin on the phone and they don't communicate with its customers other than putting something on Facebook saying they are working on the problems. I have never heard of a major ISP having a very large outage for 2 days!
Your company is a joke.

This company is terrible. When it was Olivenet it was a good reliable service with hardly any issues. Now its Olin, its awful. They have been happy to promote their service to gain new customers however cannot deliver what they promote. Internet does not work for very long periods of time without resolution or updates. I have been without internet for 5 days in a row before now. The past days it has affected the whole region yet still no resolution and no real answers for anyone to even find an interim solution. First chance I get to leave I will. Enough is enough on these frequent disruptions. Stay clear I say and find a different provider!

We come to Spain 3-4 times a year and work from home. In the last 2 times our internet have been down for more than 12 hours in day time which is unacceptable. There is no information about the outage, the estimated time før recovery. It is impossible to reach their support. I can not recommend it to anyone that need a reliable internet connection.

This has got to be the worst internet provider I have ever had to deal with. Since taking over from Olivenet (who were great), the service has gone from bad to worse with ever-increasing outages. I rely heavily on the internet and it has now been almost 2 days that there has been no service and customer "support" (which is non-existent) is unwilling/unable to give any answer as to when the system might be up and running again. This has happened on other occasions over the last year and my questions are met with nothing but disinterest and apathy. I initially signed up many years ago with Olivenet like many other current Olin customers and was automatically transferred to Olin's client base. I would imagine that many people like me will also be looking to switch to a more reliable and customer-focussed provider. In a nutshell, their service, or rather, their lack thereof, is unacceptable.
