Avoid at all cost!!
Olivenet was great, but since Olin took over it has been really, really bad.
The network is constantly down and they overcharge me every month, charging me for services I don’t have. When I call “customer service” I don’t get any help and they never rectifies the invoices.

Avoid at all costs
This company took over from Olive.net (who were awful) and have made everything worse. Some employees say they are the same company and others say they are different! I don't believe it is legal to withdraw payments from customers' banks for a service they are unable to deliver. The internet speed is always lower than I pay for, it is so low that I cannot use my telephone, let alone my PC. That is at best. It cuts out just about every week at some point. Last week it was only able to deliver 40 mps on 5G, whereas it should have been 300mps. It is the most unreliable internet service I have ever had. They claim to notify customers when the internet fails but they never have -there is no evidence of that. I would advise anyone to avoid. I am told there are cheaper and far more efficient companies out there.
Again and again no internet connection with Olin (former Olivenet). And nobody is answering the telephone. Very, very bad company! No regrets, no comments, no contact! This is not worth a euro. Stay away! Don´t waste your money!
I wish I could give zero stars. I signed up in February 2023 when the company was still Olivenet. It took a while before they were able to install but at least I was able to have communication with them then.
Around a month after, they changed to Olin and suddenly I was unable to get in touch with customer service. There is no direct email and they do not respond to messages from their website. When they did have a phone number I could call, you would be on hold for up to 20 minutes and it would disconnect which is costly for me as I live abroad and have to call internationally. Recently, they have removed the direct phone number and I am unable to even phone them.
In a time when most Spanish companies have whatsapp communication, their lack of service is inexcusable.
Upon registering I was told I could suspend my service for up to 9 months for no extra cost. Instead, they continued to charge me over 10 euros each month despite service being suspended. Additionally they now prevent me from suspending service as they have set the maximum to 6 months.
I am now unable to cancel my contract or even get in touch with them. HORRIBLE COMPANY.
These are a joke of a company, i have a squatter in my apartment in Spain and they are still hounding me for money when the situation is in the hands of a lawyer and court action !! I have written several emails but they do not seem to understand or they are plain stupid !! Where is the common sense and helping customers in certain situations which isnt their fault ?
Alfredo was warm & welcoming, set up my contract quickly & efficiently and advised me the best option for my mothers needs which was in fact the least expensive! Great service - with a smile 😊
They claimed I had a 2 euro charge fro 2019 and wanted to charge 10 euro extra. I asked and asked... eventually company admitted it was no charge there. Also they are impossible to deal with generally. AVOID!!!!
The worst company in the world, terrible customer service and terrible quality of internet- never use this company
Again this morning internet was out. This is already the fourth time in four weeks that internet is not working and even the company is not reachable by telephone. Very bad service and no compensation for lost hours of connection.
My internet got stopped as payment was late. They were so helpful with helping me with the logging in, very polite and helpful and also got my internet back an hour later 🙏 we are very grateful 😊
Would give zero stars if I could.
Customer service is probably the worst I have ever seen.
Olin asked me to sign a new contract so that they could replace an obsolete router - this was despite upgrading the systen 2 months ago and they didn't change the router on that visit!
I completed and signed the form that they requested and emailed it to them.
Olin keep saying they haven't recieved the form despite my emails confirming the form was sent.
Today, I received an extremely rude email from Olin Customer care.
Well Olin, I don't need your service and I'll go else where.
I advise anyone else to do the same as Olin took over from Olivenet and the service has nosedived.
I have been with the original company Olivenet since it began and the service was in the main good. Unfortunately since the sale / takeover or name change to Olin, the service had deteriorated. The main outage late last month lasted for over 12 hours! Since then a number of disconnections ranging from 15 minutes to several seconds. A compensation was deducted to my account, amounting to less than 50 cents!!!
I am now looking for a reliable provider.
i cannot give any positive comment about this company. There is absolutly no custermer service. Also we have had always problems with the speed of the internet connection in marbella or even we havent had connection for long time. As i have sold my house and cancled my contract they send to me invoice after that every month and charge me the fees for 4 months now
Olive net was never a problem, all worked perfectly. Now Olin take over and nothing but issues. Absolutely useless company of morons. How can you make something so stable so unstable in a matter of weeks. I know why, when you put monkeys in a car, does not matter how well it ran, they will crash it. What we have here is a company of monkeys. Embarrassingly useless.
The network connection has been very poor lately. It's not my router as the connection to the router and even to the gateway stays up during the downtime of everything else. It is definitely a problem on the other end. I called them to cancel, but every time after listening to music for 15 minutes, it just disconnects. Unable to cancel the service.
this is not a good provider. constant disruptions. you can hardly get in touch by phone. They categorically do not respond to emails requesting a response.
Awful. Just awful. Workers that are not listening, interrupting, hang up the phone. Couldn’t talk with customer service because on the 7:00 minute the connection failed three times.
No customer service. Lots of connectivity issues and cannot get a reply. Today they have a large outage and again no customer service available.
It was alright being OliveNet. Since they changed to Olin it's terrible, constant cuts, no customer support, no compensation. Today I've been without service since 4:00 am and it's now 2:00 pm, still no news on what the issue is or when it will be resolved. Better to go for any other internet provider, I will certainly be changing after many years with OliveNet.
