I wrote this so many times in the emails I sent to you till yesterday. Don't pretend you didn't see them. I'm sick of communicating with you, It's just exhausting. I'm just sharing my experience here so no more victims!

UPS confirmed that with "UPS express saver" you used, It takes minimum 5 business days AFTER the custom process (which took 5 days) from Italy to Australia and there is NO WAY it can be delivered in 3 days, or even in one week. So it's not delayed, it's normal timeline except for the first 2 days delay from your end.

You are false advertising about your express shipping with specific date and timeline, then not taking any responsibility of what you put on your website and blame UPS. Lie!

Don't trust their estimate shipping timeline because it's just false ad to fish pple. They keep saying it's delayed by carrier but UTS confirmed that it isn't true and there is no way it can be delivered as mentioned on their website. They reply to your email but keep lying and playing dumb even though I checked everything with UPS, and wrote every details in the email. Dodgy and not responsible.
- shipped to Australia, paid $60+ for 3 days express shipping from the day I placed an order, but it took more than 2 weeks. They refused a partial refund for the extra shipping cost I paid.

Very highly recommended. the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful in a way I have not really experienced anywhere else. And the prices are excellent. Often they have deals that are only between them and the major manufacturers. If you are inItaly, you should go there to get climbing related things for sure. Emma at Urban Wall storein particular is the most knowledgeable resource on climbing gear that I have ever met.

Not a fan of Karen-esque reviews...but here comes one.
Ordered a "yooner" for my son from them 6 days ago....it still hasn't shipped. Emailed them several times now, keep getting responses promising it will be shipped by the end of the day. This has been going on for 3 Days now. I'm beginning to think these guys are not legit and if they are legit, then they are simply HORRIBLE at their business. 6 damned days and 7 emails with 3 promises of "shipping today" is ridiculous. Never again. I'm extremely disappointed. I absolutely CANNOT recommend this business.

The good: Items arrived... Eventually

The bad: The online prices do not justify the time you wait for shipping. Took over a month to receive the items and one of the items is defective but they will not accept international returns. In their words: "Unfortunately being that you are outside of Europe we have no possibility to arrange an exchange or pickup of the product."

If you're an international buyer be aware.

I would not recommend buying from Oliunìd.

What a great store!!! I found them looking for supplies to build a climbing wall and soon noticed they have the best prices compared to all other stores online and local. They have free shipping in all of Italy, and an awesome return policy. I am glad I found out about this store!

Now, advise to any current or future consumers. Screenshot EVERY single item you purchase as proof of promised delivery date. They missed mine by 2.5 weeks. DON'T waste too much time with emails. They will give you excuses if they respond & then blame their system which you will waste another 2 weeks helping them fix for free. How do they survive as an Online Business? Lastly, ALWAYS pay with PayPal. This way you can send them a courtesy email but immediately follow up by logging a case against them with PayPal. They are guaranteed to respond & you can get your money back. They are arrogant, rude & self-righteous in their communication. Simply let PayPal do the damage & get results.

My wife needed new Black Diamond carbon trekking poles, and after a long search online we found them approximately 30 percent cheaper on Oliunid.it. I was a little reluctant buying online in Italy and having it shipped to The Netherlands, but thanks to the positive Trustpilot reviews I did. I ordered them on a Thursday, and the next Monday it already arrived with UPS. Tracking and tracing was also very easy, thanks to the daily updates by mail.
