The carton box was way too huge
The item was very good but the delivery system is weird. You literally put a pair of sandals shoebox into a delivery box that could fit 8 shoeboxes. As a highly expected outcome the deliverer could not fit that into the mailbox and I had to pick that up far from the house.
Next time you could rationalize the size of the carton box to the size of the item to be delivered.

After an internal review, we found that your order was shipped directly from one of our physical stores. Unfortunately, they had run out of smaller boxes at that time and decided to ship the parcel using the available packaging to avoid delaying your order while waiting for new supplies from our headquarters.
This choice ended up costing us more in shipping, but we hoped it would be appreciated given the faster processing.
We’re currently working to ensure that smaller boxes are always available in-store to avoid similar situations in the future.

Delivery time exceeded expectations in a good way
Ordered a pair of hiking shoes from Oliunid expecting that delivery from Spain to Australia was would take 10 days to 2 weeks. The shoes were delivered in a week which is better than some local outlets here in Australia. I will definitely consider using Oliunid in the future.

I got my package in time and everything about buying was perfect, bought a pair of climbing shoes but they didnt fit me at all so i sent them back just like u can see in theyr web, writing the order number and all that shit. i called to the shop to ask how much time would it take to get my money so i can buy the same shoes but 0.5 sizes bigger, they said it would take like 10 days or less so i can buy them now and then i would get the money from the returned ones. Its been almost 20 days and i didnt got my money back yet, ill call again and see if i can get my money, ill update this when i get it.

If you buy from them from outside…
If you buy from them from outside europe to return it you need to loose a lot of money as they wont refund you customs, tax and fees. Save yourself hassle.

Good product, bad postage service
I got a very good deal for a set of cams, which I'm pretty happy with.
However, the posting service is TERRIBLE. They claim when selecting the product that in 3 days it can be with me. What they don't say until the purchase is made is that those 3 days start counting once they product is shipped, which took already a week.
Additionally, even if I paid a crazy amount of money for the product AND for the shipping, I needed to wait another 10 days until I received the product due to constant delivers (they argue it was due to border crossing, although the delays came from later in the process), and it had to be ME who called the delivery company to solve the problem.
I was happy to recommend the webpage, now I'm in doubt
